Great for when you’re outdoors and not near anywhere to have lunch. I have been buying these for many years. It provides a fast boost of protein. I drink water with it on hot days. The Chocolate Peanut Butter is my favorite! For our G’kids, I break the bar in half for them to share to give them an energy boost when we’re out & about!

Loved the variety pack so much, I ended up buying an entire peanut butter pack. Tastes fantastic, easy protein.

Clif Builders Bars are the best high protein bars out there. They taste sweet but are actually low glycemic because the protein plus fat content equals or is less than the carb content. I think they'd be even better with fewer carbs. Depending on how often you eat them, they're great for increased energy, muscle building, losing weight or even gaining weight. And they're wonderful as travel snacks or meals. This particular 12 pack is the best value I've found. They're getting increasingly hard to find, and I'm worried that Clif may be discontinuing some of the flavors but hope not the entire Builder Bars series. I also like the Vanilla Almond flavor, although it tends to crumble a bit and be messy. Recommended!

Great protein bar- low in carbs too, and quenches my craving for chocolate!

A highly recommended bar for a lighter meal replacement/ sustainment bar, for prolonged movement. Includes electrolytes, high protein, sugar ( not too much ), and fat. satiates your body while sedentary or in motion { the hallmark of a good food bar } . A true outdoorsmans energy bar, not for calorie crunchers. notes: grab the variant with caffeine if needing a bit extra pep for your step. would be great portion to cut in half and share with a friend.

I’ve tried a bunch of pb-flavored protein bars now and have to say this is the one I like the least. The flavor of the top layer is way too strong and the bar itself was too hard for me to really bite from. My boyfriend’s liked it, but the taste and consistency isn’t it for me with this one. I liked the Cliff Builders Oreo one a lot more! Delivery and quality of the product are fine though.

These are delicious! I eat them more like a dessert than anything.
