As a larger individual who frequents the gym 3 to 4 times a week, I have been on a weight loss journey for a while. It provides the necessary boost for an effective workout, allowing me to achieve more in a few months than I did in almost a year. While the taste may not be pleasant, it doesn't pose an issue for me. Over the course of a few months, I observed positive changes in my body and the weights I was lifting. Additionally, the cost-friendly nature of the product makes it a worthwhile choice. I highly recommend it. I would've given it 6 stars if i could.

This is my first time using creatine powder and I was debating between the powder and the pills. I ultimately decided to go w the powder since I needed preworkout and it came in a bundle which was really nice! Overall I've seen muscle and strength improvement so I gave it 4 stars because it is what it advertised plus there are a lot of servings for the price! However, I will say that next time I think I'd rather go with the pill! Nothing was wrong with the powder but for me the powder was not dissolving as well (I had to constantly stir it to have it "disappear") - which I think should be pretty consistent with creatine powders across the board but I'm unable to speak on that. The pills I think would be an easier form to take. Plus it's unflavored but it has a chalky texture to it and it definitely has some kind of taste! I've been mixing it with water and Mio so it covers it a little bit!
