Not at all like regular salty salt. Taste mild, great flavor, small and fine grains. A little goes a long way. No moisture in my bag at all and none in any of my previous bags. Light gray in color and no smell. Just make sure you sprinkle from high level to get it evenly spread on your items. Plus its good and Its mineral level is good as well. The granules never stick together. I keep mine in a small wooden box.
