So I ordered this set as it had great reviews and it came with salad/pasta bowls. One of the salad/pasta bowls came with a nice big chip in it. So I contacted the company via email. Their response although in German was quick. Lucky our phones now translate languages easily. I sent my order and picture of the broken bowl. And they just asked for my order number and I gave it to them. They asked if I wanted 15% off my order or a replacement. Silly me I assumed they just meant replacing the “one” bowl. So I said I really wanted just the one bowl replaced. They agreed, they were super nice and easy to work with and today I got my “one” replacement bowl with a whole 16 piece set. So now when my other dishes break because we all know stoneware always breaks I have enough dishes to replace half my dishes if they break. Now we’re to store them? I really only wanted the “one” bowl. Onto the dishes themself. They look way less gold in person, thank the heavens! I’m a simple woman and this was one of the few sets that came in brown. All I wanted were some simple brown dishes. And this and some really metallic shinny ones were my options. So I picked these. I like the rims of the plates so when the grandkids come and eat the food doesn’t come off their plate. We all know with kids that’s a problem. Then they came with salad/pasta bowls. That made me very happy. No I won’t used them for salad or pasta but they are nice sized shaped bowls. I mostly use them to eat leftovers in. They work beautifully. So far I have had them about a week and they are easy to wash (that shinny coat has a purpose). They hold up In the microwave well (I already said I eat leftovers). I don’t use a dishwasher, (you know that thing that never gets the dishes clean so you have to hand wash them anyway) so I can’t say they hold up well in the dishwasher or not. I like the dishes and since I have a whole other 16 piece set they will Probably last past 5 years (well if I’m nice to them). So ya I would buy these again in a heart beat. Now can you just have some simpler colors like plain brown you know the color of hot chocolate for the simple folk your selling to. Maybe take that slick easy to clean finish and make it so its not blinding me when the sun is out. More like a satin finish you know so they still clean easy. Thanks again

Good quality, solid without being overly heavy, nice color dishes. Dinnerware arrived well packed, but there was a deep scratch on one bowl. I reached out as per the instruction card inside the box and they got back to me immediately. They sent me a 2 bowl set as a replacement right away. Very professional and prompt, which is getting more and more rare these days. I highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again.

Received the 32 piece set. The dishes are absolutely beautiful, Great color. The large plates are a great size with a lip around the edge. The size of soup bowl is nice and deep. The pasta/salad bowl is also a great piece. There was an issue with a couple of the pieces. I reached out to customer support via email and within a few minutes I had a response. Replacement pieces were sent within a couple of days and absolutely no hassle!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I will purchase from this company in the future.

This dinnerware set is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I like that they are dishwasher safe. You can tell they are great quality but the thickness and weight of each piece. Comes in many color and size options. I highly recommend.

Liked the entire set, a great value for the money! Lovely and updated set for everyday use specially the shape of the bowl which makes it efficient to reheat. Like the subtle color and overall quality. While I'm a traditionalist when it comes to china and all things dealing with design and function....I find this product fresh and flexible with my color palette and taste.

Perfect set of stoneware for every day use! Nice size dinner plate, salad plate, cereal/soup bowl, and pasta bowl without breaking the bank. The color is a modern but classic look. I have the black with blue inside. They are heavy as expected for stoneware. I am happy I chose this set and look forward to many more years of use.

First, I must say these dishes are absolutely beautiful! I was missing 4 large dinner plates. Amazon and the seller were both very helpful and they immediately shipped me replacement items. They are well worth the money and great quality!

Really nice dishes, customer service is fantastic. BUT a number cam broken and they can't send replacements. You'll get cahd back but, incomplete set.

Firstly I'd like to comment on the packaging. Individual pieces were separated by cardboard and packed tightly into boxes, which were then packed tightly into one large sturdy box to prevent movement and reduce likelihood of damage. That said, a side plate was scuffed which I don't believe was done in transit. Possibly marked beforehand and missed. However the company put a contact sheet in the box and ask you contact directly if any problems. I did, and received an immediate response. Offered a discount or replacement. I opted for replacement which duly arrived a week later. All good. The set is very pretty, lovely colours, appears to be sturdy and good quality. Very happy with my purchase.

J espère pouvoir joindre le vendeur afin qu’il me remplace les éléments en mauvais état mais pour l’instant, je n’ai pas trouvé comment! [...] Le vendeur m’a contactée et m’àa proposé soit un rabais de 30%, soit le renvoi en double de mes deux assiettes. J’ai opté pour cette deuxième solution et mes assiettes sont arrivées très bien emballées et en bon état. Merci au vendeur et à Amazon qui ont été très réactifs....
