Cetaphil products are always dependable. I have major sensitivities and a very itchy scalp. My hair is about an inch in length, has a normal level of oiliness, and is very thick. This shampoo doesn't lather much, which I'm alright with, and doesn't sting when it gets in my eyes. It's almost totally fragrance free. The product comes in a good sized bottle with a strong pump (the shampoo is thick). It rinses very easily, and leaves my hair soft and my scalp or skin without irritation. I hope to be able purchase it again in the future.
