It works excellent on my Dell 5559 Laptop, the other charger wasn’t working well, it didn’t charge the laptop and it triggering the laptop to say the battery is not working also cause the laptop to be slow and very laggy after replacing it with this charger it works fabulously, the laptop is running smoothly and the battery is charging great now. (Ensure you check the models it works with before buying though).

So with this supply it has worked very reliably so far, and I will update and report again if it fails in under a year like the other vendors unreliable unit I bought elsewhere. The dual size barrel connectors supplied is a nice touch allowing use with different older models. Newer Dell laptops use different power connectors with the latest using USB3 so new laptops are not compatible

My order was put in at 7 am. Got it by 2 pm. Thank goodness. Forgot my charger at home. It saved the day. Exactly as described. Fit my Dell, has an adapter for larger ports but mine needed the smaller one. Plugged right in and powered my laptop and now I have a spare! Great product and fast shipping from Amazon. But as far as the charger, it’s great and solidly made. Almost identical to the one that came with my laptop.

This charger let me charge my client's laptop! She's an elderly woman with cataracts (working on fixing that), and had a tenant that was using her laptop and "lost" the charger.
