This review is for 21x16 Chefman Electric Warming Tray. This has been a blessing for the issues that can rise when guests arrive at various times. It is easy to use, elegant and keeps the food warm. The adjustable temperature makes it easy to modulate serving needs as time passes. The size is ideal for holding three medium to small heat tolerant serving trays. Most of our serving was for 4-6 people. It has a glass top, I am glad I did not notice this at the time, it would have made me less inclined to make the purchase. The extra gentleness while putting it away and storing it is well worth the effort, plus the glass top turned out to be a blessing, it makes it so easy to clean. We had spills of rice, gravy etc. Once the unit is cold, a sponge with dish soap and a wipe with a wet towel, took care of everything. I keep it in its original bag and box, and use the original side foams (I use duck tape to re-enforce the box). It stores well under the bed. The only issue that needs attention is that the bottom of the unit heats-up, it has to be placed on fire resistant material. We set it on top of an old barbecue outdoors, on top of the stove (when not in use) or extra large cookie sheet, or granite countertop indoor. We used it on many occasions and have not had any issues with the knob or the way it heats.

I used two of these for a gathering of 20+ people. Two 9x13 Pyrex dishes fit on one warming tray comfortably, so I had four 9x13 dishes out for the hot part of the buffet. The temperature control works well. I used silicone mats to protect my laminate counter - no problems. The smooth surface cleans up easily. I would advise saving the boxes and styrofoam inserts for storage since these do have a glass top similar to an electric smooth top stove and you won't want them rattling against your baking sheets and such. I store them in a closet with my table linens because they are too large for my small kitchen's cupboards, but they are pretty space efficient there under the table cloths. I've put off buying anything like this for years - I'm so glad to have them now. Don't hesitate, they are totally worth it.

These are very sturdy. They look so classy. It has a a knob to change the heat temp. I got it on sale. It was such a great deal. I bought 2 and then came back for another. It is very slim and stores with ease.

The warmer is nice looking and a good size for serving guests. The knob for adjusting how warm the surface is could use a directional arrow so you can tell how warm it is set. I had to use a sharpie to put an arrow on the knob to help with this mussing feature.

Kept my food nice and worm during occasional parties. I received lots of compliments. Way better option than open flame. You can regulate temperature to the desired one. I owe two of them.

I love it! It is large enough to keep the entire meal warm, and even quite hot! Just what I had hoped for.

I got the large size, it's pretty big, will hold a lot of plates or pots. Temperature control works well, able to keep the food warm. The large size does take up a lot of space, so make sure you measure what you need!

It worked perfectly for a long time and the food was really heated

Good product. Only one issue, if a glass or ceramic dish is placed on the glass surface, it tends to slip while pouring food.

Got two of these trays for dinner parties, because I was tired of the food getting cold by the time the 4th or 5th person got around to getting food. These warming trays are the perfect item. They look elegant, with black glass, stainless steel around the sides, nice carrying handles, and thermostat control on the side. The range goes from warm all the way up to hot, in fact, hot enough to be too hot to touch Each tray is large enough to hold about 4-5 dinner sized plates, and will keep your food warm to hot for the entire meal. No regrets getting these, and would definitely recommend to anyone who entertains, or even for those who just want to have their food kept warm / hot for the entire meal.
