Very nice, healthy plants , the Greg app is really nice too a free 3 months of it so I added all my plants. I got a sword fern, a nerve plant, and croton Petra. I was hoping for a pothos but ayooo these way outdo that lol 3 plants I never tried to keep alive before. Size is great for the pots, definitely gift worthy just as they are, like you can order to ship to someone, the white pots are cute I just set the grow plastic pot in it I didn't remember drain holes on the decorative pot but there may be. I'll order again soon I'm sure, hopefully not bc I killed these 3. Can't say about growth, they're just adjusting to life in forever home still.

I ordered these plants because when I was in the interior landscaping business, Costa Farms was known as an excellent grower of interior plants, and I used many of their products. When these small plants arrived, one had several brown leaves. However, I dropped it when I took it out of the box, so I didn't want to complain, not being able to identify how much damage was already there and how much damage I did by dropping. Of course, the brown leaves were there, but my drop could have caused unseen damage. I removed the bad leaves and watered the plant and expected it to revive and do well. Another plant was totally wilted. But I watered it well, and it seemed to revive and looked good. The third plant was fine. I cared for the plants carefully, and I was one of the first 50 certified interior horticulturists in the nation, so I know how to care for indoor plants. Unfortunately, in spite of my best efforts, the two damaged plants died. I looked at the product description and saw a number for Costa Farms for a guarantee. I called that number, and the man I spoke with said Amazon was responsible for the guarantee. I explained that the Amazon website said Costa Farms was responsible and provided this number to call. He said that wasn't right and gave me a number to call at Amazon. The man who answered said Costa Farms was responsible for the guarantee and gave me a number to call. I told him I had already called that number and the person answering gave me the number I was speaking to him on. He assured me that Costa Farms was responsible, and he would remind them of that. He told me he sent a message to Costa Farms reminding them about their guarantee and promised me someone from Costa would contact me to offer replacements for the two plants that died. I waited for several weeks before writing a review to give Costa Farms time to respond. Unfortunately, they never did. This was very disappointing to me, as the good opinion I had of the nursery from my years as an interior landscaper was tarnished by this. I don't know whether their quality has deteriorated in the 25+ years since I dealt with them, whether they are better with the large plants we used in interior landscaping than the small plants in this order, or whether this was just a confusing glitch. Whatever caused it, this was a disappointment to me.

I wanted to add some greenery to one of the rooms in my office and maybe purify the air a bit, so I picked up these plants. They arrived packed nicely—all three of them looked good at first. Unfortunately, one didn’t make it past three weeks. I didn’t bother returning it since I wasn’t sure I’d get the same quality replacement, and honestly, it serves as a warning to the other two: behave or face the same fate. The surviving pair have been champs. Over the last five months, they’ve doubled in size from when I got them. They’re easy to maintain once they settle into the environment—I don’t have to water them too often, which is a plus. They’re doing so well that I’ll need to repot them into bigger pots soon. If I had more space, I’d definitely grab more of these. Overall, pretty happy with how they’ve turned out, despite the one casualty.

One plant is completely dead, another is umhealthy but could possibly kick back, the other 4 I expect to settle in and live on fine. Just a bit wilted and soil was very dry when it arrived. Got them fresh damp soil and expect a perfect recovery. Nice little plants though , the ones that were alive. They were packed safely, box was in good shape. They were wrapped in plastic and paper with a bamboo stick so they didnt get smashed around in transport. So must have been temperature or lack of light that poorly affected a few. The size was as expected for a starter plant, reasonable price. Loved the variety and info on each plant, just wish they all would have made it.

I received my plants a little over a week ago & I have to say that I am pleased so far. I was impressed with how they were packed... every plant arrived well-watered & in great shape. I up-potted them within 36 hrs. My house is probably cooler than they'd like right now (it is winter in the Northeast afterall) but they're getting plenty of light, I'm keeping a close eye on them & I'm sure they'll be fine. One plant came with lots "crunchy" leaves but looks healthy otherwise. Hoping it'll bounce back soon. Added bonus... no bugs, so far!! YAY!! My only "complaint", if you want to call it that, is that all of the paperwork (invoice, info sheets, etc) was placed in the bottom of the box under the plants so they were soaked, stuck together and unreadable. (I tried drying them out but it didn't help much.) Maybe in the future you can put those papers in a plastic bag so they won't get ruined. Overall I am happy with my new plants & would order again from this company.
