I got the Priline wood filament before this cause it was a few dollars cheaper for the roll. Don't do that. Their roll came all tangled and it caused my prints to fail. This is rolled super evenly and doesn't cause any issues. Prints dreamy, looks and feels like real wood (especially when sanded and stained)

The Creality Rainbow Silk PLA in Multicolor is printing beautifully! I am using on a Prusa Mini using an extrusion temp of 210 degrees C. I printed 5 leaf dragons so far, each print has been successful without any problems. The colors are more "pastel" than I expected from the image on Amazon, but it can always be hard to judge colors computer screens. The dragons look nice!

So, I added a Creality K1C to my printer collection recently. I was disappointed to find that my printer didn't ship with the spool holder. I didn't intend to back-mount my filament anyway, but I was expecting to print and use the side spool holder. Guess what, the side spool holder re-uses the tube assembly! I decided to just get the Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer, instead. As far as filament care goes, I don't really do everything I should. My basement isn't damp, but the 45%-ish RH isn't perfect, either. To that end, I do use a Sunlu S2 dryer that I have had for a couple years. There's nothing wrong with it, but the controls are on the side of the dryer, which is not appropriate for use with the K1C. My first experience with the Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer was positive. It was packed well, and didn't suffer any damage in shipping. It also looks a lot like the K1C, which is a nice touch. As far as the operation of the device goes, it's fairly quiet. The controls are intuitive. Performance seems fine. I wish that the thing could either be linked to the operation of my K1C, or could shut off within a certain amount of time of the rollers supporting the spool not moving any more. I'm planning on addressing this with a kludgy z-wave solve, but it would be better if this were considered in the design. There's a PTFE tube guiding the filament out of the dryer. I don't necessarily love that, especially since there's another PTFE tube guiding the filament into the K1C, but it's only an inconvenience when changing filament. But hey, who does that often? Oh, nvm. In terms of build quality, it looks way more solid than it is. The unit is tippy when the lid is flipped open, but you don't operate it with the lid open. Overall, it's more robust than my Sunlu S2, but it's not exactly a tank. I think it's a great companion to the K1C, and it makes me almost 100% certain to actually dry my more expensive hygroscopic filaments (PVA and nylon). However, the convenience of this also being my spool means that I'm way more likely to use it for my PLA and ABS, too. I don't print TPU at all, without drying it first. As a dryer, the Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer is decent. The $65 price is good enough that I consider it an essential K1C upgrade. Recommended

The Creality Dry Box 2.0 is a upgraded version with better features. It is designed to take the moisture out of your filament so that it can perform its best on 3D print jobs. You can adjust the temperature to fit the filament type as well as how long you want to run the dryer up to a max of 24 hrs. The instruction sheet provides recommended temperature and drying times for different types of filament material. It also has an active readout of the current humidity percentage. 15% is the goal of the dry box. A recent reviewer left a poor rating and pointed out a few "issues". Its obvious the reviewer never purchased the unit and doesn't know how it operates and is just commenting off the seat of his pants on what he sees in the listing. The dry box circulates hot air into and out of the box. The moisture content will rise if the box is turned off and left unattended. But the expectation would be that once you've dried up the filament, you will place it into a vacuum sealed bag. There should be no expectation to run the dry box indefinitely to keep the filament dry, although that is feasible if you so choose. You would need to monitor throughout the day since it will auto shut off after the timer is done. To address the feeder hole "issue", you should attach the dry box directly to the feed of the 3D printer with PTFE Teflon tubing you can purchase on amazon. I've attached a few pics on how i accomplished this. It is pretty important to add this minor feature and you do not need to modify the current hole from the Dry box as its dimensions fit perfectly. The box is then in direct feed into the 3D printer and the filament rides effortlessly out of the box without any risk of kinking. I always run the dry box while I'm doing my print jobs. It heats the filament up to 50 degrees for PLA and maintains the very low moisture content necessary for good precise prints. It can achieve 15% within 10 minutes or less. I set the timer to as long as it takes for the job to complete, up to a maximum of 24 hrs. If your print job will take more than 24 hrs, then you will need to do some monitoring and reset the dry box drying time. I have left filament out in open air for a few days, not thinking it would matter. But the extrusion is very shaky and extrusion lines end up skipping sporadically with moist filament. I would never run my Creality K1 printers without running the dry box. In my opinion, its essential to good prints and to avoid wasting filament on poor print jobs. There are other dry boxes around, but i personally feel, if you have a Creality 3D printer, match it up with its little dry box brother. You won't regret.

This filament dryer has made a huge difference in my 3D printing projects. I used to struggle with moisture messing up my prints, but this keeps the filament dry and my prints come out smooth and consistent every time. It’s easy to use, and the touch screen makes setting it up super simple. I also like that it works with all kinds of filaments and has a timer so I can just set it and forget it. The fact that it remembers my settings after a power outage is a nice bonus. If you’re into 3D printing and want better results, this is definitely worth getting!

This stuff prints like ink, it’s really amazing. I printed at 220c 600mm/s everything came out perfect, no stringing, no adhesion issues, no warping, just absolute perfection. Material really does make a difference. I got the carbon fiber and recommend it for sure! I can’t speak for durability as of yet because it just printed but I can tell you for sure it feels very sturdy.

This filament works flawlessly in my Creality K1 Max. The colour is vibrant, and the filament feeds smoothly with no clogs or stringing. It adheres well to the bed and produces strong, detailed prints, even at high speeds. Highly recommend for reliable and high-quality results!

Play Video The first layer was decent but after that everything was chaos. The prints aren't high quality and are all stringy and don't work well. It's definitely not my printer as I just tried the overture TPU which was black and it works great. Not good quality at all. And if it’s made only for creality printers then is not worth my time to adjust my settings just for this filament when other brands work on my printer without need for adjustment
