Play Video I’m a freelance graphic designer and before I got my Cricut, I used to send out my jobs to third party companies which made me upcharge my clients. Now I do everything myself, which makes the costs lower for my clients. The machine is fast and responds well, it cuts the vinyl easily. The learning curve is very low and the only thing for me to learn is cutting multiple colors at once. I haven’t had much use for their design space as I use the Adobe suite and uploading is a breeze. I love it.

There was no instruction included with the machine. It was hard to use with out them. Everything cost money for the patterns on the internet. It is a money pit unless you make a business out of it.

Machine was initially working fine but now it continously rejects the mat whilst everything is okay. Sensors clean, new mat, settings right, recalibrated and reset. Re-download the app. Restart device. Nothing is working. If you're looking into a machine for long term use this wouldnt be the one.

Where do I even start? Turning on this bad boy is like unleashing a thousand lighting bolts from a bottle, you will be amazed and in awe after seeing just what this monster can accomplish, with the speed of a dashing horse and the compact sleek design of a armadillo you can’t miss with this home-run!

I bought this for my wife as a gift as she has been wanting one for a long time. She loves it! We have moe custom tumblers,coffee cups and shirts than we know what to do with. I haven't personally used it but it seems fairly easy to use the software.

I baught this item and the cutting essentials didn’t come with packaging is it sold separately

This machine is like magic, I'm now making t-shirts, cards, stencil, banner, burnt wood... I'm having so much fun with it.

Je tente de connecter le circuit mais celui ci se déconnecte aussitôt. J’appelle le service à la clientèle et il a seulement l’option anglais ou espagnol au Canada. J’ai appelé 3 fois en 4 jours et on me dit constamment que quelqu’un va me rappeler en français mais je n’ai jamais eu d’appel. Je n’ai pas d’autre choix que de retourner l’appareil. Je peux juste évaluer le service à la clientèle. La machine ne veut pas connecter.

Je suis très déçue, il n’y a aucun guide d’utilisation à l’intérieur de la boîte. Je ne sais donc pas comment faire fonctionner la machine
