I was raised by librarians so I have seen my fair share of book lights over the years and this is by far the best kind I have ever seen. I switched from book lights to Kindle Fire years ago because book lights are usually obnoxious. But instead of clipping this to a book, I just tuck it in my shirt collar and point it down at the crochet I am working on so now I can turn off the big dumb overhead light and binge watch my shows while I crochet in the dark. This is working fabulously as I had hoped. It seems to have a really decent battery life too because I have only charged it once so far. When the light starts getting dim that means you need to charge it. Please note that you have to pull the end off to find the USB charging bit. I posted a picture so hopefully that helps. Saw a lot of reviews say the light didn't last long but did they know they could just recharge it? Unless you read the product description well, you might have missed that feature and not known there is a USB jack hiding inside there. It is quite clever actually and I don't have to worry about losing another charging cord since it plugs right in like a flash drive would. It does glow quite a bit while charging so be mindful of that if you are charging on the night stand while you're trying to sleep. I couldn't tell if it was done charging, I just let it charge overnight and that seems to have worked. Also noteworthy is how the hinge between the light and the base that holds it up can open far beyond a 90 degree angle so you can set it down on a desk or something and shine the light out into a room. The light is small enough to carry in a pocket or purse. I will definitely be taking this with me on vacation to use on the plane and set on the nightstand in case I need a flashlight to get up in the middle of the night to potty. Would be great to take camping and easy to hang it off a string or branch. I expect to be giving a few of these as gifts throughout the year because they are really handy. I haven't had any issues with turning the light but I can see how a child might turn it too far and break it if they get forceful with it. Just teach them to be gentle and that the light is not meant to turn all the way around and you should be fine. Also love the color choices so I can have a light that is easy to find. Get a few more to keep them in multiple useful places. I wish it had a lower setting though, it only has bright and brighter, not a dim setting. Might be too bright for the person next to you.

This little light is wonderful! The light is warm and bright, and the dim setting is perfect for reading at night without disturbing my husband. I love how compact it is— it can easily fit in my purse or pocket. I actually find myself reaching for it all the time—looking for things in the car, walking around the house at night to get a drink of water, etc. — it’s the perfect little flashlight in addition to being a reading light. I’m about to order more for each family member as stocking stuffers, which they’ll love because my light gets borrowed by my kids almost nightly! The battery life is long, and I like that there’s no cord to deal with.

The light is really bright but doesn't hurt your eyes. Charges really fast and last long. Very practical design and easy to carry.

This reading light does the job. It clips on to your book and the light portion swivels to light where you are reading. It is rechargeable, lightweight, compact and easy to use. Cons: You constantly have to be swiveling it to where you are reading which can be an inconvenience.

It’s not too bright but bright enough so I can read and my partner is not bothered It’s sturdy to hold itself but not heavy to make my book bend. The rotating head feature is amazing goes sideways and up down- love it It’s also so cheap! Steal deal id say

I have been using this book light for years and I love it so much! My family have also borrowed it and enjoyed using it to read in the dark. I love that it is rechargeable, has various light settings, is extremely flexible. Would highly recommend this book light!

Love the design, great size, but i will say o had to put a bit of black tape on sides to block out and focus some of the light as it isnt 100% great if you are reading next to a significant other. 2 levels of adjustment which are very good. Like the yellow tint as well. Clip could be a lilttle better but not a deal breaker by any means.

I got this book light for myself, paid the extra money for the hot pink and omg i love it so much that I ordered one for my mom and my mother in law too! It is USB chargeable which is so convenient I just plug it into my usb lamp port on my night stand. The light has two settings bright & dim! My husband keeps making fun of me because I use it during the day in broad daylight because I legit do not want to read without it The light has a swivel head so I can angle it towards any area of the page I’m reading which is super nice especially at night! The light is super bright but it has two settings very bright and dimmer which I actually prefer the dimmer one in the dark in bed at night because it doesn’t bother my husband when he’s sleeping! I love this thing so much it’s my fave purchase

This reading light is easy to use and adjust with the movement of the light. It is easy to charge as well! There are two light settings. I am happy with this product and can’t wait to take it camping. I have only tried it with hardcover books so I am not sure how it will attach on a paperback

Leve, simples, mas com várias funções. É muito bom que não dependa de pilhas e a bateria dura bastante, com luz branca ou amarela em várias intensidades. Comprei para leituras com pouca luz (ônibus, insônias) e funciona muito bem. A presilha não estraga as páginas do livro.

Wir haben für die Familie gleich mehrere dieser Leselampen gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Helligkeit kann zum sparen angepasst werden. Die Akkus halten sehr lange und lassen sich einfach an einem USB Anschluss aufladen. Der drehbare Kopf wirkt zwar nach längerer Nutzung etwas wackeliger aber funktioniert weiterhin im täglichen Einsatz (inkl. Camping) ohne Probleme.
