I cracked the screen on my old laptop and the cost to fix was less than buying a new refurbished one. I don't know if I read the delivery details wrong, but this showed up days before I was expecting it. Laptop is a great value for what I need, just basic computing, with no frills beyond the Windows 10/11 software that works really well for me. Would definitely buy again and will recommend to others. Thank you!

No stars, to be clear. I have had this for three days and the battery has never gone above 1%. I have left it plugged in overnight on three different outlets. Works when plugged in but as soon as I disconnect the power it goes black. Am returning. This appears to be a recent trend in my experience with purchasing “refurbished” electronics from Amazon. I am in process of replacing/returning a projector that was delivered faulty just last month. Do better, Amazon.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. The quality and price was perfect (not to expensive at the time of my purchase) it works perfectly and so far so good. If we need another laptop I will probably buy this again ❤️

This review is for the Dell Latitude Touch 3190 2-in-1 PC Intel Quad Core up to 2.4Ghz 4GB 64GB SSD . The unexpected, the machine actually has 8gb of RAM, and a 120gb SSD. The machine arrived in short order. The machine looked like a new machine. No marks of any kind. The screen was in perfect condition as well. However, and this is the reason for only getting 4 stars, the battery in the machine was dead on arrival. A dead battery is never a good sign, and sure enough, the battery condition was only about 65% of new. Far lower than the 80% that is advertised. Other than the battery condition, this is a very nice machine. Having windows 11 installed, the machine should last for many years. Being a Dell, I suspect that the machine will have few issues. If you need a small, fairly well equipped inexpensive laptop, this model is a pretty safe bet IMO. Yes, I would buy again.

I was a bit nervous first time ordering a refurbished tech product but needed something cheap and quick shipping for school I am very surprised! Computer works great looked basically brand new when it came in and just works great not to mention it was just $100! I did get the excellent option for the refurbished type

So it's been about two days since I am using this device, and I have to say that I am quite impressed with the performance and battery life. Also the item arrived with out any visible signs of use. Would recommend to anyone who wants a device that if effecient and on a budget.

Well I got me this little sucker right here today and I have to say i'm not disappointed that much. It seems to be a good little computer but its loose. The screen part just flops up and down like a fish outta water. Its about as loose as a hookers legs on a busy night. Other than that its alright. Y'all shoud get 1

Product is garbage. So annoyed right now. It's plugged in and running off the power brick, but it is not charging the battery. Edit: So, I ordered another 3190 2-in-1 laptop with a 128 GB SSD, and discovered that the power supply on this first one is defective and won't charge the battery, because I tried the 2nd power supply from the 2nd laptop on it and it charged. I also discovered that the 64 GB SSD is not upgradeable and you're stuck with only 64 GB of drive space. I know this, because I bought a low-power 1 TB Patriot SSD to upgrade this laptop, only to find out it's not possible. For the same $99.99 price, go buy the 128 GB version of this laptop so you can install a larger SSD, like I did.
