These del 7050 renewed computers are a great bargain. They were originally sold as industrial and office machines and are about 6 years old. They were 5 to 10 times the price when they were new, real top of the line machines. But in the industry market 6 years is forever and they were replaced with newer better machines. They are still Very powerful computers for home use, better than my 3 yr old fancy gaming machine in all but graphics and not bad in graphics either. Of course the hard drives were destroyed when they were retired, and they never had internal WiFi, but the refurbisher has replaced the missing hard drives with a good large (1TB) SSD and included a small new USB WiFi module. They also come with a new USB keyboard and mouse. An unlisted bonus was a good CD / DVD RW drive. I don't use DVDs any more but it is good to have one in the house for legacy media. The refurbished unit was in spotless perfect like new condition. My wife's 15 year old Dell computer finally died a few days ago (pwr sup.) and at that age I felt it was not worth repairing. This replacement has twice the file space and several times the speed for 1/2 the price. I was able to salvage the old hard drive and clone it to a USB memory. Macrium Reflect is a great backup and transfer program, even the free version. I wiped the new machines drive and put in the clone and my wife has all of her files and programs and settings back! Happy Wife, Happy Life! Note on the USB WiFI Dongle: It works quite well after it is installed and set up but it is tricky to install. The newly cloned operating system misrecognized it as a storage device rather than a network adapter. If you attempt to read this storage device it automatically installs the proper driver and then works and is recognized properly.

I purchased the Dell OptiPlex 7050 SFF desktop as a gift for my 13-year-old son, and itā€™s been absolutely perfect as his first PC. He primarily uses it for gaming (Minecraft, Roblox, and various online games) and schoolwork, and it handles everything with ease. Setup was straightforward, although we had a moment of panic when we couldnā€™t find a way to connect to Wi-Fi. It turns out the Wi-Fi USB component was included in the boxā€”we just overlooked it. Once we plugged it in, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and my son was gaming within 10 minutes. This desktop is compact, efficient, and a great choice for someone starting out with a PC. It runs smoothly, and my son couldnā€™t be happier with it. Highly recommend for gaming, schoolwork, and overall functionality!

This is a good, solid, workable, basic computer. No frills. You supply your own monitor, headset, microphone, and camera. A wired keyboard and mouse are included, along with bluetooth and wifi USB devices. There are quite a few USB ports on both front and back panel. Don't worry about running out. Some of th eports are fussy about older devices, but you'll surely be able to find a port for each device you need. The unit I received had not been scrubbed for the prior owners security features and I had to send it back. Once the issue was described, the vendor happily provided an RMA number and shipping label for the return. Getting the new unit wasn't flawless. On the first attempt, they sent the unit to the right street address but in the wrong state. The computer gets a four because it is as advertised, but nothing surprisingly good. The vendor gets a four because they have a few quality control issues to work out, but they will leave you satisfied in the end.

I purchased this computer after my laptop died a few months ago. Itā€™s a great little upper mid grade starter PC but keep in perspective that it is an office grade PC repurposed for gaming use. The graphics card in it is a bit outdated, but the space provided in the case makes switching it out simple. The build itself on the inside is so well organized! Also, the storage gets a little crowded if youā€™re downloading games but they leave you a port to easily plug in extended storage, which was nice of them to do for us so we donā€™t have to worry with creating a space or messing around with wires. The peripherals that came with the computer are also fine. The monitor is decent in quality. Plenty big enough for a smaller desk setup. The keyboard and mouse I did not use because I had better quality ones already but I passed them down to my teenager and theyā€™re really not bad. The headphones that came with it really left something to be desired though. I am not a large framed woman, I regularly use childrenā€™s headsets without trouble and this one was not comfortable for me. If youā€™re a larger person definitely purchase a separate headset for your own comfort. The WiFi dongle was included and pre-installed. The RGB panel is an add on, but it is pretty and I like that I can choose to not have it on at all. I use this computer every day for extended periods of time and not once have I ever had an issue with it until last week when the power supply stopped working (even though it was always plugged into a surge protector with grounding so it wasnā€™t a user issue). In my personal opinion the 60W power supply is immensely under rated for this unit so that may be something you want to know. Itā€™s a bit disappointing because it wouldnā€™t have added much to the price to use a higher rated power supply that suited better for everything this unit has going on but again, I try to keep in perspective that this is a repurposed unit. I emailed the company on the service sticker and they got back to me within minutes and had me trouble shoot it myself first. They sent me very detailed instructions, which I really appreciated. When those didnā€™t work they did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It was such a smooth process and only took a week total to get me a new unit sent out. Youā€™re really getting bang for your buck with this computer, even if it isnā€™t the best one around it is probably the best one at this particular price point. Also, you canā€™t put a price tag on their customer service because that alone was such a pleasant surprise.

I love it. Lightning fast. Only thing is there is only one HDMI port, and no bluetooth connection. I ordered an HDMI splitter and a bluetooth adapter and thankfully there are like 10 USB ports which makes it worthwhile. I love the accompanying mouse and keyboard. Feels like a business. Time to work! Thanks for helping small businesses grow!

Donā€™t let the fancy keyboard mouse and headset fool you. I canā€™t even run the computer. It keeps saying ā€œhard drive not foundā€. I got a dead SSD. Whatā€™s the point of having all of these items without an actual computer. I just want my money back.
