Thunderbolt 4 on my laptop has never worked correctly. I finally gave up and bought this TB3 device. It works perfectly as a dock, and it performs so well I don’t care about losing the TB4 capabilities. Runs a bit hot in an enclosed space, you might want take a cabinet door off or cut a vent hole in the back of your desk.

We were looking for a replacement for the WD 15 docking stations and the UD22 works out of the box, no issues. Cheaper than the WS19S and works great. It's a buy.

My product wasn't working. The company had online and phone customer support. The gentleman on the call was great, and we used a phone app so that he could see exactly what was going on. After troubleshooting, we were unable to resolve the problem, and so he offered a replacement at no charge. I would give it a five start but haven't received the replaced item yet. :)

This docking station only has one HDMI output port but two DPI output ports. Since most monitors use an HDMI input, I would definitely recommend having some DPI to HDMI cables on hand if you want a multiple monitor setup. This docking station works perfectly with my Dell Latitude 3540.

I've been shopping around for a USB-C dock and tried a few lower priced docks. I was unable to get the DP/HDMI ports to work on the others. This one worked right out of the box. I'm very happy with it. I'm also surprised that it works with my MacBook too! I'm very happy with it.
