IHe likes the look and feel of them. They are durable and help to avoid leakagea. The size is perfect and they are very absorbent.

I ordered these for my dad who absolutely refused to wear other incontinence briefs I'd gotten him. He would take them off and hide them around the house, that is how much he HATED wearing the other brands. The ones were premium brands AND more expensive! But they were very thick and bulky and he was very uncomfortable. He felt like he was wearing a toddlers diaper. I ordered these and I am so relieved that I did! He LOVES them. He said they feel just like regular underwear to him. They're not bulky at all! The box says they HOLD UP TO 25 TIMES their weight and i believe that is true. I tested them out by measuring two full cups of water and pouring them in the briefs. I could detect NO LEAKING ANYWHERE! Not around the legs -not through the bottom -not in the back -not in the front. Nowhere! I think this is a great product and I'm sure we will be ordering them in the future. I would give this product 10 Stars if I could. As his caregiver it has made such a difference in my life too. We do not have the constant messes and clean up that we were experiencing before. I haven't had to do a single load of soiled laundry since he started wearing these a week and a half ago. He's no longer embarrassed when he has an accident. I just can't say enough good things about these briefs. For anyone feeling discouraged or doubtful, let me put your mind at ease. From where I'm standing, these are about the best things you can get your hands on.

We needed these for my father in law, quick and Amazon was the quickest place to get them. They were also a good price at the time we got them, so that was nice. These hold a lot, but it’s my father in law forgets to change them, so they leak. Not a product error, just a user error. They’re easy for him to put on and lasts/ protects quite a while. The stretch is good not to loose and not to tight. Not to bulky either, good basic.

Needed something following prostate surgery. These did a great job. They fit a little tight, but I assume that is by design, given their purpose.

I am an old.man, I have been sick for a few weeks and in bed. I usually get a visitor once a day from one of my kids. We'll for some reason no one showed up for 3 days! I could get out of bed because of my back injury, which is why I am bed ridden. I crapped twice in these underpants and would you know it they were giant chaos, and urinated many times and 99.9 % stay confined inside the pants. I will wear these from now on all the time. when I go hunting and fishing no need to take all your clothes off to drop a load, just lean on a tree and crap away. then just jump in shower when day is done. no more crapping or urinating in the woods. then having to use up a roll of TP trying to wipe in subzero weather. These will easily hold two giant craps and as many as 4 urinations in one day. keeps you warm as well . Great item I will buy these ever month from now on and just go about my day. Great product!

As a young adult, I'm not proud of the fact that I need to wear these because of the work conditions that I'm under, for 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week, in a harsh & unforgiving environment. I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story. With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection". I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol. What's nice about this design compared to others, is that the protective padding is more raised & focused on the front groin area, so leakage or a small run won't escape the coverage area. Even if it's #2, this has pretty good coverage & containment. These actually do have pretty good capabilities / quality of being able to absorb & hold in any bad smells or if things get...'messy'. Again!...believe me!....I've tested this.....unfortunately :-(. Besides all that, these are pretty hidden and not bulky, or at least I don't think anyone notices. They feel pretty form fitting and I don't have to make any additional adjustments to my clothes to wear these, which makes me feel a little bit more 'normal' whenever I do need to wear these. Would I recommend these? Definitely!

It works, no leakage and it fits perfectly

I needed these for my father-in-law and couldn't find the XXL in stores. These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. He like the fit even better than his regular underwear. The price was also good.
