I've been using this product for the past 2 weeks now and it has improved the quality and texture of my stools with a balanced diet and exercise 5 days a week. However, on the weekends over the past couple weeks I ordered takeout and it completely destroyed my stomach. I had some of the WORST stomach cramps and diarrhea of my life. This might be common sense, but bottom line: I highly recommend eating clean when taking this product. I didn't think that it would affect me that much eating a couple bad meals. I was dreadfully wrong.

This is a great women's probiotic. Previously, I was taking one that was double the cost and I also feel much better with this one.
