These cups are not perfect, but giving them 5 stars for the price point and functionality. This is the third cup we've tried for our 10 month old, so the fact that they work is a win. The first two were leak proof but it was extremely difficult to get the liquid out (even for an adult!). These have great straws that my baby can drink out of perfectly, and I love that the straws come apart for washing. Easy to keep clean and no concerns about mold. They are not completely leak proof, and when he shakes the cup or messes with the straw the liquid will spray a little bit. But the weighted straw works so well that I still think these are worth it.

This is a great first cup for baby. I originally bought it for my daughter and loved it so much I re bought the cup when my son was ready for solids. Both my kids have instantly taken to the cup. I love removable handles that make it easy for them to hold but can be removed if needed to fit better in diaper bags or cup holders. (We have not needed to do this the cup has fit well with handles. I love that there is a straw cover to keep it clean and sanitary for baby as well as make transport easy. I highly recommend the cup. We only used the cup with water so it was very easy to clean though I'm not sure how easy it would be to clean with milk or other liquids.

"I'm really happy with Dr. Brown's Milestones Baby's Training Cup! It's been a great transition tool for my little one from bottles to cups. The design is thoughtful, and the quality is excellent. The cup is easy to clean, and the spill-proof feature has saved us from many messes. My baby loves holding it and learning to drink from it. The measurement markers are also super helpful. My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that sometimes it can be a bit tricky to close. The lid requires a precise alignment to snap shut, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry. However, this is a minor issue, and overall, I'm very satisfied. Pros: - Spill-proof and mess-free - Easy to clean - Great for transitioning from bottles - Measurement markers are helpful Cons: - Lid can be tricky to close at times Rating: 4/5 stars Recommended for parents looking for a reliable and functional training cup

My 1 year old has started using straw cups recently, but unfortunately most of the ones that I have that are more suitable for her age was showing some major wear from her older sister that is 2 years old now and I had to toss them since the brands I was using doesn't have replacement straw options. My husband did buy a few new straw cups that were one of the brands that we were using, but I really wanted to find one that you could find replacement straws for . After looking at a few different brands I found that Dr.brown cups do in fact have replacement straw kits... That alone was what made me look into the reviews and what I found was definitely what made me go with the Dr. BROWN straw cups! After receiving them I of course took them apart to wash which was very easy to do. While Washing them I found no issues. However the only issue I found was probably seating the straw together..lol I thought I got a defective cup since the milk I put in the cup couldn't be sucked through the straw. Luckily my husband decided to check it out and found that i didn't properly put the straw together . After he fixed the issue we haven't had any problems with them. Overall I'm very pleased with the Dr.Brown cups I find that they are very well made and easy to use if you properly put the straw together the right way . My 1 year old Daughter seems to enjoy them and we haven't experienced any leaking so far. That being said I will definitely be buying more of these cups !

My baby did really good with these & they helped him learn very easily to drink from a cup while also being mostly spill proof. Only struggle was one of the 2 cups is faulty. It’s almost like there’s not a full seal so not much water comes up when you drink it. Can’t complain too much for the cost of these cups but that was a bummer to only have one working cup.

This straw cup is amazing! We tried the bear cups, which were good because it taught our girl how to use a straw, but so much milk/ water would go into her mouth she would either aspirate or shoot it back out of her mouth. We tried other straw cups to no avail, same results. I finally looked for a slower flow straw and came across this one; I’m so glad we got it! It has slow flow and needs a stronger suck to get fluid out so she can actually drink it. The straw is weighted at the end so it can move around the cup and baby can still drink. It comes with a cute little straw cleaner, and my girl is able to hold the cup on her own with the side handles. The straw is a little bit tough to clean because of how tiny it is inside of the cup, but once you figure it out it’s super easy. Also, it won’t leak if you put it back together the way it came! So great.

These are definitely my favorite of the no-leak straw cups for a few reasons 1. The ounce markings let you see how much your little is drinking. 2. The handles are removable, so the cup can fit in the stroller cup holder or side diaper bag pocket easily. 3. All the parts, including the lid, can be disassembled and run through the dishwasher The drawbacks are the same as with all leak-proof straw cups— it requires a very powerful suck to get any liquid out, and very little liquid comes out when it does, which is fine for a baby whose majority calories are coming from formula or breastmilk. We noticed our toddler was not drinking a lot of water, and once transitioning to a traditional water bottle the problem fixed itself. We will continue to use Dr. Brown’s while our children are infants, but will transition to a different straw cup when they get older.

My daughter refused to drink from a bottle, and when she started teething, she also started getting fussy about breastfeeding, so trying to feed her was getting stressful. She took to these immediately and now drinks from them every day.

It's a perfect size and comfortable for the child to hold. But unfortunately after 2 weeks of usage, it has become uneasy to travel with it as it leaks a lot from the straw itself. For such a reputed brand, expected it to be accurate as what it states.
