Just received this vibration plate a few days ago. I have used it twice so far, and like it. The unit is light-weight, so easy to move around, but feels solidly constructed. The unit is very quiet, so I can use it while my wife watches TV.

Because of my chronic health issues I really can’t exercise the way I’d like to I eat properly but I still wanna be fit I have systemic lupus which it attacks my muscles joints and bones actually my whole body I can already feel the results in my body the bottom of my feet from the 20 minute workout I did the first time trying it out Today is December 14, 2024 I can’t wait to see what I look like a year from now from using this I almost want to buy another one to make sure they never run out ! Easy to assemble because it’s already put together for you fast to learn how to program even if you’re not technically gifted. All in all best purchase I’ve ever made for myself I am so glad I did it! More so I’m proud of myself for making the decision to use it! And use it I will Daily. It’s also beautiful I love the fact that I had colors to choose from because now it doesn’t stand out in my home it fits right in meaning I don’t have to put it somewhere and bring it out I can leave it right here in my living room and it’s a part of the furniture.

Hello Eilison. This plate is awesome! I use it twice a day! It is 1/15/2025. I got my delivery on the 9th. I have a request though! I noticed that there are no instructions with it! I can't find it on the website either! Would you put it on a website or channel? I like that when you turn it on, there's already a set amount of time, but how do you put it on other settings? Thanks?🙂

UPDATE Received a replacement within a week and the replacement is working great! My first one must have been a lemon. Again, the customer service was great! Struggled with this right out of the box. Plugged it in and it was running and I could not shut it off. I unplugged it thinking that maybe I needed to use the remote to shut it off. Batteries are not included for this remote by the way. Got the remote going plugged it back in and again it was running and I could not shut it off with the remote or with the buttons on the machine itself. It finally sparked and blew up. Such a disappointment. I will say customer service has been great. I emailed the next morning and within a couple hours I got a response and by that afternoon I had a new one headed out my way. I should get it next week. I am cautiously optimistic that I just got a fluke and my next one will be great. Update to follow.

I have used this about everyday since it got to me and it's helping with my pain in the knees as well as my neck and back . It's workout quality, plus it's fun to use and I got it at a great price

The vibration plate works fine. However, there was scant information on how to operate it. There are programs with absolutely no information about what any of the programs do. I went online and found a bit more information, but not much. The glossy manual on a diet plan was actually good for a laugh. It was so poorly translated that it was nonsense. I recommend going with a different company so you can actually learn how to operate it. That being said, it's easy to use. I just don't know what the different settings do. I just use program 2.

I have nothing but praise for this FitMax Vibration Plate. I use it for 15 minutes every morning and I feel it in my leg muscles. I use 2 pound weights and lift while I'm on it. I play my music and do squats during song changes. I'm working up to increase my squats and weights but I am happy with my progress so far. I am 66 years old and have had swollen legs and ankles for years. This plate gets the lymphatic fluids moving and I no longer have swelling in my legs or ankles. My husband has claudication and PAD in his legs. He started using it and his legs feel much better. I could not be happier with this purchase. I want to get another one so we can both use it at the same time. Highly recommend this product!

This product is very easy to move around and easily can hold over 250lbs. I like the vibration levels and the remote makes it easy to adjust! It only takes a few times to get passed the itchy tingles and love how much I'm using it! 15 minutes a day is great for me!

I haven't used a machine like this since my gym membership 15 years ago but I'm so glad I bought it as it's made a huge difference to my shape in a short time.

Love it ...good design and shape ..easy to store away ..love the different speeds and modes of vibration.. finding it very helpful on different muscles .Great price .

Always wanted one . I love it , I can feel it working every time I am on it . Drainage , skin itches which means there is cell movement happening. Can use for multiple ways to target upper or lower body parts 10/10
