The recent fires in Southern California had us rethinking about how we store valuable documents in our homes. Our present safe is large, bulky and not at all easy to pick up should we need to relocate it. I purchased this portable fire box specifically so should we need to move our valuables and documents in a hurry, we could. It is spacious, can have file folders added and allows for organization which the old safe did not. Most importantly, the box is sturdy, can be locked and has straps that enable you to pick it up to move it. All in all, a very good purchase.

This is my first time using this product and I love it. So much better than cardboard file boxes. It holds just as much and has the added benefit of locking for privacy. The handles make it easy to carry and move around when needed.

I use this to store my postcards and prints at art showcases when I table or have an event where I am selling my art. I have gone through three different kinds of plastic filing storage boxes and this is my first one that isn't hard plastic. All my previous filing boxes have lasted 1-9 months before a latch breaks and it's rendered useless. I finally splurged on this one because I figured the plastic latch system wasn't working out for me. I didn't buy this for its fire resistance or lock system, but they're a plus. I have had this for over a year now and it's outlasted any filing storage box i've had previously. The container still looks new and isn't worn out. I've spilled coffee on it before and it wiped up super easily. I have two cats, so sometimes fur and dander like to cling onto the box due to static, but otherwise I have no big issues. I noticed that the surface of the container isn't very sticker-friendly, but I don't really mind. Being able to safely store and carry my items is far more important than the decorative ability of the box. The extra pockets on the outside and inside of the box is great and easily store my signage, pens, business cards, and other useful items. The zipper never get dislodged and is very sturdy. The only complaint I have is that files don't seem to sit very easily in the box since there's no "railing" on the side of the box.

I bought this to secure our documents. The size is good and it seems sturdy enough. I confess I am skeptical about this being fireproof because it looks like a bag and not like a safe (many fireproof document organizers are made as safes) but I am trusting the company to be honest. I bought hanger file folders, and they fit perfectly inside the box; there is a ridge on the sides that fits the hangers. It has room for a lot of documents but they must be up to a Letter size. A4 papers have to be folded. I managed to store some bigger papers on the inside of the lid pouch, but I wish it had more space for bigger files as I have some medical exams to store that are bigger than this. Overall is a good product for its price.

I don't understand all the complaints. The delivery was quick. The document box was sturdy, I stuffed it full of my kids' documents and pictures from school. I bought 4 of them, one for each kid. I put their baby books and other mementos in them. I am totally pleased with the space and quality. If I didn't already have a safe, I would buy a couple for my items. I would totally, totally recommend!!

These are so much better than paper/cardboard storage files. The fact the you can lock them gives added security to files that you need to maintain. Easy to set up and they whole up under storage facilities conditions.

The box itself is nice - it's sturdy and the handles make it easy to grab. I live in the country where fires and evacuations are commonly so having something that is an easy grab-n-go for our critical documents was the reasoning for my purchase. The only thing that doesn't match the description is that it claims to be 'water proof' and 'fire proof'. The sides of the box may be however the zipper is a standard zipper like you would have on a sweatshirt. It is not a sealed zipper so fire & water can definitely get through. If we have another fire on our property and I'm not home to evacuate, I worry my important documents won't actually be protected.

Perfect file storage for my music manuscripts. Portable and saves so much room not having to have steel file cabinets around my music room. Good quality material with strong handles. Looks great and easy to use (stackable).

Wow this is Fireproof!!! Super awesome. Plastic security zipper super fantastic. Detailed label showing what fabric it is made from and where it was made. NOT any of the aforementioned. An average person would see the lakof fireproofness and securityness awesomeness from the pics. I would trust this being fire and theftproof as the gant life established name of ENGPOW. Big enough for all my important documents but doesn’t take space like a real cabinet….light weight but durable and quality….one of the best purchase I’ve bought this year
