I was looking for something to give me a boost before my early morning runs. Coffee just wanted cutting it, and was taking too long to drink since it's so hot. I decided to give this mix a shot and am really loving it! I don't feel jittery after and feel much more energized during my runs. Not sure if it really helps with recovery as I haven't tried it before a weight session, but for the energy alone, it's good. I also find it tastes better with a couple ice cubes thrown in!

I’ve been using this particular product on and off for a long time. It gives the right amount of energy for me. I don’t need to do more than two scoops. I often do 1-1/2 because it is enough for me. Taste is great! Not too sweet or off-taste. I gives me a bit tingling on my first or second dose, then the rest is full concentration and energy. I like how it makes me feel excited and focused for gym as well. I tried some other brands but i always come back to this. Great price value.
