This is a great item. Out of the box, placed on charger and was very easy to setup and use the app. Camera is good quality and has a good picture. The device allows with the app to take pictures and video during use. Highly recommend this product over using ear wax candles or a doctor if not warranted.

I did not expect much given the $10 I spent on this ear cleaning device. The setup was quick and easy to install the camera tool app and connect the tool to the phone. The video quality isn't 4K but plenty clear enough to see inside the ear. I always thought that my ears were pristine and clean as I don't generally get much wax when I used Q-tips. But after using this tool, WOW MY EARS WERE FILTHY inside. It came with several different silicone tips to put on the end of the tool to prevent you from scraping too hard. I liked the round tip for swirling larger wax chunks out but for smaller wax areas, the default scraper tip was just as effective. I don't think my ears have ever been this clean. I will say it's probably a better tool to use on adults. I tried to use it with my 7 yr old and her ear canal was really narrow and hard to navigate the camera in so I didn't want to risk potential injury. The only knock was the tool would disconnect with the app from time to time so I had to re-connect a few times. Also the battery only lasts 20 minutes or so (probably because the light is on the whole time and it's continuously sending video images to your phone) but it doesn't take long to charge back up with a USB-C cable. Highly recommend.

What a great tool! It was very easy to use. It comes with plenty of attachments. The clarity of the camera is great! I would recommend it.

In the beginning it was absolutely amazing. It comes with so many unique attachments and features like being able to take pictures or videos inside the ear in case you have concerns you’d like to show a doctor while simultaneously cleaning gunk out of your ears that you never knew was there. Picture quality was great, use and set up was a breeze, until… one day I turn it on and the camera was so blurry and fuzzy it was almost useless. It was about the 5th use. I was very careful about storing it. I always put it directly back in the box and kept it in a drawer that was hardly ever used for the exact reasoning of not getting knocked around too much. I’m giving this a 4 star review purely because it suddenly not working like it used to could be due to the user and not the manufacturer but it is also a possibility that they purposely design it to not be durable so the customer will want to buy another so they keep prices and durability low.

After buying this I researched what healthy earwax should look like and it’s almost impossible to find a good picture on the Interwebs. Thankfully I also learned ear wax is healthy and necessary to protect your ears and should not be completely removed. Personally I was drawn to the many gross videos of massively impacted dried wax getting removed and worried my ears would look like that. Of course they didn’t. While I produce “a lot” of ear wax according to a doctor, clearing it all out and waiting for a couple weeks results in what appears to be very healthy looking ear wax. After that it seems to build up and I use this to very gently remove a little without clearing it all out. The camera makes sense and provides two ways to view (mirrored or not) for left and right orientations. I don’t love the WiFi connection but it functions fine. Bluetooth might have been more convenient but wifi is reliable. Overall I’ve learned to keep a layer of protective wax and relax more. I don’t reach for the Q-tips and don’t try to get my ears completely clear because they shouldn’t be. By the way if your ear insides itch they might be healing from abrasive scraping from Q-tips etc. so let them heal and avoid the impulse to keep cleaning for a few days or a week.

My husband loves this thing! It’s quite fascinating looking at your phone and seeing the inside of your ear. The accuracy takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy to use. I found the light heat level to be a little too uncomfortable for me but my husband didn’t mind it. It’s really worked wonders in helping us clean out our ears effectively.

For a month and a half I had a crackling sound in my ear! Instead of going to the doctor I said why not try this out! Got it set up, put it in my ear! I had a fallen out hair stuck in my ear canal! With this tool I was able to work the hair out! No more crackling. Product is small, nice camera, and easy to use once you get used to it!

Was skeptical ordering due to the cheaper cost, however it has a great camera, easy to use and clean your ears with. Definitely get the value for the cost. Only thing I did not like is the camera video feed is backwards to what you think you are doing so that takes a second to get used to
