It works, did my research on it just as you should. Delivered today and I’m writing this 4 hours after taking it and coming back from the gym. I used to take adderal. Stopped years ago because I just didn’t like the side effects of it. This is eerily similar to the benefits I got from adderal. Incredible focus, consistent energy and clarity. It has not worn off as of 4 hours. Normally I take a pre workout. Not this time, did not feel the urge to take a pre workout today. I should mention that it was naturally how I felt and not because I chose not to take the pre workout due to possible mixing. I just felt ready to kill it at the gym. Simple as that. I put 1 drop in my coffee, finished my coffee, waited to see if I would have a negative effect from it. I did not. Put 3 drops with my creatine in water and drank that. Total 4 drops before going to the gym on an empty stomach. Felt great, still feel great. No discolored pee. Be aware you should not take any anti depressants or adderal with this. DO YOUR RESEARCH on X! Many people list studies, articles, along with their experience which is what lead me to try it for myself. I will update this review daily for 1 week. Update: Day 3 I continue to feel incredible. Started doing 5 drops 3 times a day. My energy is consistent, focus is all day, no crash. To put it simply, you feel like you’re running on all engines. The most profound thing I notice above everything is how stable my mood is. My pee started turning a a clearish yellow green. Will update in a couple days. Update day 6 It’s consistent, no crash, or drug fueled craving to take it. I now go off the color of my pee, based on research if you have blue or green pee you have enough methylene blue in your system. I only took 3 drops in my morning coffee. Went to the gym and felt incredible, again. Tested libido last night as well, amazing experience but thats normal however I felt as if I could breathe better. Yesterday I took 5 drops 3 times a day but I think the overall feeling of today is a much better dose. 3 drops , twice a day. I’m adjusting to keep urine color a consistent light colored tint of green. Update: Almost 1 month in Figured it would be better to hit a month before updating. Best thing that stands out is a consistent level of a good mood, focus, and sense of well being. I take it daily, 6 drops in water with my creatine before hitting the gym on an empty stomach. I’m already very fit but i can tell that the focus and energy is more consistent. I eat then take 2 more drops in creatine water. I pee about 6 times a day ( I drink tons of water) the color is always clear but after I take the methylene blue I pee a bright yellow a few times then back to clear at night at 8 drops a day so I think that’s the sweet spot for me. I drink about 2 gallons of water a day normally so I flush out the color pretty quickly. Looking back on these few weeks I can say that it works well. I don’t really drink alcohol so I can’t tell you any differences or effects with that. I do some weed and there is no issues for me. Studies strongly day do not take this if you’re on any type of anti depressant, there is evidence I found that it Marijuana & methylene blue don’t have an issue in your system together. As a semi heavy cannabis consumer I haven’t noticed any issues. But do your research. I can say that I smoke less since taking methylene blue, not sure if it’s because of it but I don’t want to throughout the day anymore. All in all, this will be a daily part of my life moving forward. I will update in a month.

I'm really astonished how well this works. Do check for possible interaction with your other meds. Especially antidepressants, ssri's. I did start out slow, taking 5 drops in medium sized 8:to 10: oz coffee cup. With just water. I don't like the taste but that isn't a deal breaker. I suppose lemon water would be better. After 6 months months now I do 12 drops and getting fantastic results. The mental clarity all day long is amazing. I've gotten more accomplished now per week than I used to in two or 3 weeks! Things don't fall between the cracks anymore. It doesn't interfere with sleep or drinking coffee either. I see other reviews echoing results. So it is the real deal.

Great dropper you will appreciate, believe me. I did the research and am very pleased with the product and will order again. I'm down to 5 drops a day before 20 min PBM, and started with 2x5 drops. Once I did 10 for a nice kick. It is wild with PBM lights, improves healing. I think the inside of my eyelids look blue, hah. I had a brain injury and only riding my bicycle fast has such benefits as this product, for brain fog. All my studies about benefits are true. Caution if you're on SSRI, or if over 75 it somehow increases falls. Super product, though, in my humble opinion.

The manufacturer should really include more information on dosing. I have so far taken 3 doses of between 10-15 drops. While I do feel positive effects through out the day, I will say, my body feels overwhelmed when I first digest it about 30 minutes after I take it. I’m going to start taking lower doses - it appears others on here have been okay even with just 1-5 drops. Additionally, I have been dropping it into empty gel caps to avoid any teeth staining or unpleasant taste. Does the trick quite well. On the flip side, I’ve noticed improved brain function, better sleep, and even clearer vision (?)… Blue/green pee for sure. Value is great. You get a pretty large bottle for plenty of doses especially if you’re not taking the full 20.

2nd day of using. 2 drops with lemon water in morning and one in the afternoon. Extreme energy pickup and I’m able to prioritize and organize again. Unbelievable. I take supplements over big pharma. This is the most impressive I’ve ever taken.

This methylene blue is a quality product. I have been taking it for almost a week. I think I have had infection in my body that is now gone. My energy levels are good now. I have energy to organize, take my dog for a nice long walk. Make my own bread again. And cook actual meals. Four drops in distilled water, stir and drink. It isn't bad tasting. The surprise was the green pee. It goes in blue but comes out green. I was having a range of motion issue with my right arm. Since taking methylene blue that issue has gotten better. I can get my right arm over my head again. What the MB has had to do with greater range of motion, I couldn't tell you. The ache in my legs and hands is almost gone. I am really enjoying life again.

First of all it is vile tasting and chemically is all I can name that as. Second it turns your tongue blue for a bit even as far back as I can put my head for the drops to go in and your pee green but it did work for the few drops I did take for a few days and felt a difference in clarity brain fog lifted and energy raised but it interfered with my medication as I take high dose and it made me anxious about serotonin syndrome so I stopped taking it. I will need to come off them first then I’ll come back to this because I do think it’s good and could be a game changer for me!
