I've been searching for a good multi-vitamin to support my immune system, especially with my 4-year-old bringing home all sorts of germs from school (anyone else relate?!). I'm thrilled to have found this one! First off, let me say how much I appreciate that there's no weird or unpleasant odor/flavor to these capsules. That's a big plus for me! Even better, the dosage is fantastic. Just two capsules twice a day – that's it! I've tried similar products before where I had to take 4-6, and the cost was ridiculous – like $60 a month! This one is much more budget-friendly, which is a huge win. I've only been taking these for two nights so far (after dinner, since they contain Zinc), but I felt compelled to write a review because I'm so happy with my experience so far. Zinc can sometimes make me feel a bit nauseous about 30 minutes after taking it, but I haven't had any issues at all with these! That's a huge relief. Plus, the pills are really easy to swallow, which is always a bonus. I'm really hoping this supplement helps boost my immune system and maybe even lessens the frequency of those monthly illnesses that seem to plague me during the school year. I'll definitely come back and update this review in a few weeks to let you know how it goes in terms of working to ward off those pesky bugs/viruses. Fingers crossed! So far, I'm incredibly happy with the quality of these supplements!

This is better than Magnesium other kinds. All things good. It may not be available in local stores. Lowers my blood sugar.

This supplement appears to be working well. The one I normally get has supply issues. So I searched for a “back-up” by comparing ingredients & this product compared favorably.
