I like the heating pad and it is very soft and comfortable. It was the perfect size for my back, the 12 x 24“. The only thing I didn’t like is that it automatically shuts off. Sometimes I like to have it on low while I am sleeping through the night on my sore spots. But it is a very nice heating pad.

The temperature control was not working

very poor packaging, was wraped up so tight into a tiny box never before have i had a delivery of such poor quality ! found difficult to keep onb ody parts without falling off, heating was barely adequate, absolutely not recommended !

It stopped working in just few days, it hasn’t even been a month Now it only shows E1 where it supposed to be temperature and time display

It stopped working the very next time i put it on.. very much disappointed!!
