I have been using only for a few days, but it is perfect for my office. I usually sip coffee for an hour or more, and by that time it is ice cold. I will take good care of it so that it does not chip, as some reviews I have read mention potential chipping of the mug surface.

Recommend another similar product. Not reliable or worth the price. On a Google Pixel 9 Pro, the app fails to connect nearly 100% of the time requiring it to be removed and re-paired, which also often fails. This is consistent with the 1-2 star rating for the app in the Play Store, also noting the customer support is not helpful and the problem has existed for a long time with no reaolution. As a result, you're unlikely to be able to readily set the desired temperature or check the battery charge level because this is only available in the app, unlike other similar but (apparently) better designed and more reliable products that have this basic functionality on the mug itself. Disappointing at a minimum.

I love these mugs. They keep my coffee hot to the last drink BUT they only last a year. I’ve had to buy another one the last 2 years.
