We have been using Epson printers for a few years now. The price and reliability are good. This refurbished price was even better. The print quality is excellent for our office use. It took no time to set up. We have had no paper jams. And we are excited about how long the ink is supposed to last and that it is refillable.

The printer arrived in a renewed box, with all the proper tape on all of the pieces. Ink tanks were clean. I got this one because it has a one-year return, and it was 60 bucks cheaper. This is everything I have needed in a printer. I needed automatic 2 sided printing. Check. I needed good connectivity across multiple platforms ( windows 7, 11, xp, and linux, and Iphone, android.) Check. I wanted a permanent print head, but most of all, I wanted to be able to use refillable ink. Check. The bottles that come with it seem large, but so are the individual 4 tanks. I've had some printers that were 4 or 5 colors. Three has been easier, and the picture quality is just fine. When it comes time to refill the ink tanks, I'll simply pour my ink into these bottles, and refill. Screw the "genuine" epson ink. Do you really think that there is a difference? I don't . I have been drilling and refilling ink cartridges for 30 years, and have used the same ink in 3 different brands with no problem. I love that you can do that with this printer...even easier than buying special cartridges to fool the system, or bypassing it in hidden settings on the printer (by law they have to have a setting to shut off the proprietary ink cartridges. Set-up was pretty easy. I discarded the instructions. I had great first time luck filling the tanks, letting it charge the ink, and using the keypad on the front of the printer to connect it to my network first. Then, when I downloaded the software for my computer(s), The software found it easily. This way, was better than the way the software tells you to do it. Same with the phone app. Put the printer on your network first...then let everything find it. The epson app for my android is the first one that actually works with one click to print. Other reviewers have said that this thing paper jams a lot. So far, so good for me. I did have one jam so far. I use heavier weight paper, and I think one corner was bent as I was putting paper in it. This printer will hold a lot (150?) of paper. That's good, but if this thing starts jamming, it'll go back. I'll update if that happens

I purchased this printer renewed and I couldn’t be happier. We had an older Epson printer for years with the old style ink cartridges and it just wasn’t functioning anymore not to mention I hated the cartridges. We purchased this for miscellaneous projects for school and personal use. It was very easy to set up in the app following the prompts and I had no connectivity issues with either Bluetooth or WiFi. Filling the ink was simple and self explanatory. Print quality is perfect for what we need it for. I cannot speak whether this printer can handle constant daily use but for our needs it’s perfect and simple enough to operate both in the app and on the actual printer. I am truly pleased with the printer so far.

If you aren't going to print at least once a week don't get this. I got it because I thought I would save on ink. Well, it was a $300 mistake so I certainly didn't save on anything! I printed some stuff and I had to go to the other room. When I came back, the paper was jammed the printing quality was terrible and one piece of paper was jammed and there was magenta SOAKING that piece! I have tried all of the suggestions short of deep cleaning but I am glad I didn't try that because low and behold, there's a "maintenance box" in the back that gets the excess ink and you need to make sure that's not full so there's no major ink overflow accidents. I am going to leave pictures of the one that came with my "renewed" printer. I have barely printed two dozen papers and when I unscrewed the panel and the box the cotton pad was already almost black. Not to mention the box that has Epson written on it but is missing the chip completely. I don't know if my model is supposed to use this box because certain models can't be replaced(?!) but... ¯\(°_o)/¯ I was only ONE DAY OUT OF MY WARRANTY when it messed up so I am SOL. With all the other problems people have, save yourself some money and try something else. I can't seem to find a decent little printer for light jobs that aren't pieces of junk. I am so disappointed because I REALLY, REALLY needed to do some printing!

This was an Amazon warehouse purchase , a really good deal. Came well packaged , and all accessories included . Though the packing material was a pain that gave me a few paper cuts lol. Pros- Great price , easy setup with the app, easy to fill ink instead of cartridges , great prints with no smearing . Prints decent photo prints as long as source material is good , and you can go borderless, scan functions work fine for various documents . It can do double sided printing as well. No issues with WiFi or computer setup . Cons - the app isn’t the greatest , shows I’m offline , yet I can air print from my phone or computer wirelessly with no issues . I have attached photos showing the Epson app not seeing my printer , and a photo showing If I AirPrint it sees the printer . I haven’t run into a single issue printing , so not sure what that’s all about . The LCD screen is tiny , borderline pointless ,and lastly this doesn’t work on a 5ghz band only 2.4ghz . Overall it’s 4 stars out of 5 as the app isn’t what brings it down a star . Overall though I am happy with my purchase .

I got this for a Christmas gift . I converted it to a sublimation printer. It was easy to connect. I get great quality prints .it prints amazingly Fast. It's a good small printer .that will fit on a small end table .it hold a good amount of ink. If you looking for a an affordable sublimation printer this is the way to go. It's NOT AS HARD TO CONVERT IT AND THEY SAY .JUST KNOW ONCE YOU PUT THE SUBLIMATION INK. YOU void the warranty. The picture provided was printed with the Epson printer .I was Happy with the color.

This is exactly what I needed! I got it on super sale on Amazon and it has been perfect. No issues. Looking forward to the eco tank feature. It does double sided sheets, lots of page length options and obviously it’s a colour printer which is great. Affordable and easy to use.

I originally thought this was the worst printer ever and really regretted my choices, but it's actually pretty good as long as you print high quality rather than ink saver or whatever. The wireless is good, much better connectivity than my old Xerox one. Print speed a bit slow on the high quality setting I'm recommending, but I couldn't get a full page to print without significant errors before I started doing that. Noise level is medium. Louder than a laser printer, quiet enough for an ink jet. Ink cost and longevity exceptional.
