This belt is great. It's strong and helps with the lumbar issue, reduces pain levels and the hook and loop is very strong.

This brace works well for lower backache. It's comfortable and not too bulky. Good design as it's adjustable which adds to comfort and mobility. Good value for money.

This is made very well sturdy and velco holds really well. Has not helped my issues but I was just hopping it would. Definitely will strengthen your back for standing and walking muscular and some disc disorders it would probably help you.

In the early 90's I wore these back braces daily building homes. Mainly while framing walls and being bent over all day. 1 thing that was must was having a back brace that stretched. A rigid brace works great if you don't need to bend. This brace has some stretchiness to it like those I wore in construction which allow you to bend over. With that said this brace is the perfect design for me working in healthcare. I push a machine daily, sit and bend a lot. AND you can really get it tight. The key is overlapping the brace snug before you add the outer stretchy adjusters. Make sure the adjusters are not attached to the belt at all and let them hang to the side. When you have the belt fitted then add the side adjusters and pull them to disired tightness. If I'm out running errands I adjust it as tight as it will go. So far no tears and the velcro is staying attached. Great buy!!

I've had several back braces in the past and this on is the most comfortable, light weight, and supportive one I've had. I highly recommend it.

Just Wow! This little guy is a life saver. After a recent injury I had to wear it for any time I went driving or for the one flight I was forced into. Although it will roll up after about 35 minutes and get a bit uncomfortable while seated, this little guy provides huge amounts of instant and long lasting support while standing and can keep you in proper posture to alleviate pain while seated following a pinched nerve.

Arrived very quickly. Made extremely well. The velcro is very strong. So strong it can be difficult getting off. And can be difficult getting on if the velcro accidentally attaches before putting it on. Wore it all day was barely aware it was on until the end of the day. It stayed place, didn't losen up at all. True to size. As stated make sure to measure before choosing your size. So far very happy.

It works. It really does. It worked great for the first few times. My back pain was relieved and eventually I was able to move around enough to loosen up my back. I could definitely feel the support. But being a heavy set guy with a belly, the inevitable happened when someone like me wear something with elasticity. I still use it through out the day since it still supports my back. I just have to readjust more frequently. Also there was an odor coming from it when I first opened it, the smell did dissipate with time.

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
