This is the best thing since sliced bread. I bought it as a potato masher. I use it for everything. It is great for chicken breasts, bur i use it for stirring and best for separating ground meat for spaghetti, my turkey dressing or chili. I never had anything that works as well a this. It is very light but so sturdy. I sent one to my daughter.

I hesitated in ordering one of these Choppers because I didn't think it was something I was really going to get a use out of boy was I wrong these things are great I make my own dog food for my pup and they're really great for chopping up things like chicken and beef they work so well much better than a food processor what a great investment this little tool was! I would like to add that this masher is safe for using in nonstick cookware, causes no damage. After using this tool for a few times I didn't realize how badly I actually needed it making things like sausage gravy tacos chopping up chicken plus it's very easy to clean very easy to clean I just run it under my sprayer with some hot water and put it in my dish water and swish it around and it's perfectly clean one of my Best Buys ever!

Farberware meat chopper works perfectly for cooking ground meat: beef, turkey etc. It's so much easier than trying to use a spatula, fork or anything else. This meat chopper separates meat into smaller pieces so you don't have big chunks of meat when it's done cooking. I used to dread cooking ground meat because it was such a chore and took so much energy and time. I'm happy using the Farberware Meat chopper because it made the cooking process quick and effortless. I chose Farberware over other available brands because I own other Farberware products that are of excellent, long-lasting high quality. I know what I'm getting is worth the money.

I make a lot of dishes with ground meat and this little tool has made browning and separating so much easier. Works in non-stick pans and is easy to clean.

Mashing potatoes, this is the best. Breaking up hamburger in a hot pan for taco Tuesday, this is the best. Very sturdy and comfortable in your hand. Perfect additional to the cook that has a full kitchen. They likely didn't know they needed this item but they do.

I prepare my own dog food at home for my pups. It takes a lot of ground turkey, veggies, etc. and two very large pots/pans to make a batch that I can freeze, too. I was using spatulas and potato mashers to do a lot of the mashing for me. I was telling one of my friends about it and she told me she uses this Farberware meat and potato masher for ground meat. It's a different shape than my other tools and is made from nylon, so it's lightweight and won't scratch like metal. I ordered it when it dropped in price on Amazon and used it for the first time making my dog food. I was amazed at how well it worked for everything! It was easy to break up the ground turkey (and did a better job than a spatula), and mashed everything else together well, too. Besides using the tool to make the dog food, I can see myself using this new utensil for using ground meat to make tacos. I definitely recommend this handy tool if you make your own dog food...or human food!

I've gifted two of these and both recipients were very happy with it. For people who cook a lot of ground meat or potatoes for mashing, this is super useful. According to what I've been told by the people (both chefs) to whom I gave one, it does a super quick job of breaking ground meat down into consistently-sized pieces in the pan. No more doing a so-so job with a spatula. And, it makes quick work of mashing potatoes. Also, it's safe to use with non-stick pans. Thumbs up from two chefs.

Fantastic for breaking up mince meat when cooking - wish I had known about this item sooner. Price is right too. Even my husband used and liked it and he isn’t one for trying new items I purchase:). Don’t find it so great for mashing potatoes I will stay with my potato masher. But this is hands down the best item for mince meat - highly recommend.

Deixei na minha lista de desejos por muito tempo, quando recebi um cupom pra ajudar na compra, comprei. Realmente vale muito a pena, fica muito mais fácil o trabalho de desfazer os grumos da carne moída, já usei pra desfiar frango, e por ser de plástico pode usar dentro das panelas antiaderente numa boa, produto bem sólido e com aparência de bem feito, não tem emendas pelo que eu vi.

I'm not one for extra gadgets, but this does a surprisingly good job at breaking the meat up while it cooks. Seems durable.
