Love this tracker, I know some others are more of a smart watch thing but I love it because it is so simple. I think I got it too wet once and I could not get it to reset but then a big update came along and that did the trick. You have to put the water lock on if you are going into the water with it, if you remember to do that then it really is waterproof. It is the best value I found for a tracker that can simply be about weight loss and other metrics if you are into that but my girlfriend and I got these and compete to have the best cal in to cal out ratio which it tracks in live time, the food log is very easy to follow and has honestly been the biggest win for us to tie the working out part of getting fit with the food part and seeing it in real numbers hour by hour. Highly recommend because of how easy the fit bit app works with it. The other watches just don’t give you the same kind of metrics that you see your fitness journey with food and exercise the same way. We discovered what times and activities and eating patterns caused us to get ahead or behind and not all were obvious. Just a small walk at the end of the day every day can shows big results

After looking at several different devices, I settled on the inspire 3. It has been awesome after 4 weeks. The health data had given me the information to make meaningful changes like with sleep habits. Lots of good light rem and deep sleep stage information. I found the Oxygen saturation to read a bit low as compared to a finger reader. My heart rate lags a little from my polar but generally very accurate. I had a problem with a setting but the chat option guided me though it. It has a lot of value for the money paid compared to other systems out there. I definitely recommend the extra membership. There are lots of meditation exercise and other coaching extras that I have not explored yet. The peleton stuff is definitely interesting.

All I wanted was something easy to wear that would track my steps and sleep. This fits the bill perfectly. I wear it loosely and barely notice I'm wearing it. I only take it off for showers and the app is easy to use and tells me everything I want to know. I'm glad I bought this instead of getting an Appel Watch, I don't need all that other stuff.

I had a Fitbit Charge 2 for about four years and it worked like a charm. And it finally died of old age. I got on this website and ordered one of these inspire 3 tracker, and it is the worst thing I ever did. When I initially bought one in November, it worked for about three weeks and then when I had to update the software what it demanded to through the phone, it died what happened was the software did not complete the entire install and then the Fitbit stopped working. I was advised to restart it, but there’s no way you can restart it if the screen is not lighting up because the programming is not working so they had me send this one back and sent me a new one to try over again and it worked till just today. I got it on January 16. It is now February 10 and the thing is done the same thing they have some kind of software glitch and they’re not willing to fix it so I’m sending it back and I’m not gonna buy another Fitbit friend of mine bought a inexpensive Chinese tracker and it works beautifully so I’m going to do likewise Fitbit can keep these things they should bring back the charge to. It was a simple tracker, and it worked. They’re just in a hurry to turn out fast plastic product so that they can make a buck. I don’t know about their current Charge tracker but I’m going to try something else. I wish you the best if you make the mistake and buy one of these.

I got this FitBit to replace another tracker I had that didn't connect with any of the fitness programs I use. It has good reviews so I decided to take a chance. I was looking for a simple tracker, so not all the bells and whistles. I like the color and size of this device. The battery lasted for at least a week of constant use. I only plugged it in because there was an update that needed to be installed (it tells you to connect it to the charger during this process). At that point it was around 40%, but was fully charged within an hour (probably much less actually, but I wasn't paying attention so didn't notice when it was charged). You can set goals within the app, like steps per day, water consumption, weight...so many ways to customize. I haven't really poked around and truly personalized everything yet, but I like being able to track my activity. It makes me more aware and purposeful in my effort to incorporate more activity into my life. I get little dopamine hits when I meet my goal. I thought that the price was reasonable also.

Love it! Simple yet does way more than expected. Excellent job tracking. Great value for the money. And huge plus it stays charged for days!

I use this watch every day. I make sure to reach my 10000 steps each day. It monitors heart rate variability, Heart rate , and temperature variation accurately and actually was my first indication I had a fever. The app gives me helpful suggestions for improving my sleep and cardio fitness. I do have some difficulty with the exercise settings, so I do not use those features. The notifications keep getting turned off, but that is fine because they annoyed me anyway. I use it as a monitor, and an accurate watch.

Easy iPhone compatibility with app. super useful activity tracking data. The strap is not useless, but doesn't keep the watch in place during hard workouts and therefore leads to poor data. THE most frustrating issue is inconsistent heart monitoring. at the start of a workout, the fitbit is wildly off, by 30-40%, and jumps all over the place. but within 10 minutes of starting the workout, it gains and maintains accuracy. The price makes this inconvenience livable but i wish i had done more research.

Ease of use is quite difficult to comprehend as it took me a few days to sync the device with my phone
