Sauce quality is amazing, exactly the same as the smaller bottles you can buy in store. You can use this hot sauce on almost everything and I literally do. It’s so versatile, and this jug will literally last me a year if not more. You get so much hot sauce for an AMAZING price, you can’t get this anywhere else. I’ve made a little dent in the bottle since buying it, but the longevity is unmatched. I won’t have to buy more for a long time. I do wish there was a spout or an easier way to pour it, because it’s not that easy to use or control due to the large circular opening and how heavy the bottle is. I personally use a funnel and put a little in a small, clean franks hot sauce bottle so i can easy dispense it.

What can I say? It's a big jug of Frank's! Some classics never go out of style. King of the wing! Accept no imitation. Can't beat the price. A 23oz bottle is about $7 at my grocery store now. This is like getting 5½ bottles for the price of 2! Winner winner I'm having Buffalo chicken for dinner.

Ich hatte in Hamburg einen Chicken Burger gegessen, der einfach anders war, wie die sonstigen Chickenburger, die ich sonst gegessen habe, denn er hatte eine scharfe Note, die auch von Essig geprägt war. Auf jeden Fall war ich enorm begeistert. Ich habe daraufhin den Koch gefragt, ob er sagen kann, ob es eine eigene Sauce ist, oder ob es was kaufbares ist. Er meinte, dass es ein eigenes Rezept ist, aber dass diese Sauce ein Teil davon ist. Also gesucht und gefunden! :) Die Sauce ist Tabasco ähnlich, hat aber einen geringeren Geschmack nach Essig und ist weniger scharf in meinen Augen. Damit ist sie perfekt geeignet als Dip für Nachos, als Marinade für Chicken Wings (Das Originalrezept für Buffalo Wings ist mit dieser Sauce gemacht); als Aufstrich aufs Brot, dazu gebe ich sie gerne an gebratene Nudeln, an Saucen oder auch über Pommes. Die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig und jeder kann kreativ damit sein. Ich habe gleich die fast 4 Liter bestellt, da der Preis einfach super war, und weil ich es meinen Kumpels abfülle. Das MHD war etwas kurz, aber das ist für mich nicht schlimm, denn wie gesagt: Vieles fülle ich gleich ab für Freunde und zum anderen wird die Sauce nicht schlecht, denn Essig hat auch eine konservierende Wirkung. Wer scharf mag und gerne kocht, dem kann ich die Sauce uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
