I have 3 indoor cats for the past 5 years and have tried many different litters; Fresh Step is the only litter my cats will use. It completely masks the smell Of any cat urine or poo- even when guests come over I always ask if they can smell anything from the litter box and I have never had a complaint. The litter clumps very well and it’s very easy to scoop, it makes the litter last because you’re only scooping what’s used- the remainder stays in the litter box, it’s an easy to carry box - not too heavy and doesn’t have harmful chemicals! But I have now used fresh step for many years and I have no intention of switching. It masks odors very well and has a nice scent. It clumps well. It is a bit dusty when you pour it in the litter box. It is super heavy, but I think most litters are.
