I bought the spearmint tea. I have had a cup or two every single day for a few months now. The taste is very mild and pleasant, even better with a touch of honey. The tea itself looks high quality and the teabags usually do not burst open like some do. This tea specifically has helped me manage my pcos symptoms and bloating.

I purchased this more to compliment my peppermint tea than replace it, as I like spearmint when found in candies. It is grassier than peppermint tea, but that just means you should steep it shorter - I usually go with about 5m in 10oz 180F water. Combines nicely with some peppermint if you want a particularly minty brew. No oily aftertaste or anything like that. I've noticed no health benefits, other than it being a fine alternative to more acidic black teas.

I was surprised as most ginger teas actually are a mix of tea/ginger. These are all ginger, tiny little ginger roots. The flavor is great, and after I have my mug of this, I leave the teabag in my mug & have my last cup of the day which is a citrus chamomile, and the second use ginger just complements the chamomile. The mix of the two really settles me down for the evening. I will not be ordering any more of the ginger tea/ginger mix anymore. This total ginger tea is my replacement from now on! The price is good for me as well! I recommend this tea to all.
