I couldn’t be happier with my GABRYLLY Ergonomic Office Chair! It’s the perfect addition to replace my old office/gaming chair, offering great comfort and support for long hours of work or gaming. The high back design, adjustable headrest, and breathable mesh make it incredibly ergonomic! What really impressed me, though, was the amazing customer support. After receiving the chair, I reached out to their support team about upgrading to a memory foam seat cushion and a lumbar support pillow. They were super responsive and helpful, ensuring I got the upgrades quickly and hassle-free. The memory foam seat is a game-changer, adding even more comfort, and the lumbar pillow provides amazing lower back support. It did take me a few days to break it in, so if you try it at first and don't like it, I would recommend waiting a few days first to see if it breaks in a bit. When it first came out of the box it felt a bit "itchy" the first day or two, which I assume might be because of the packaging, after a wipe down with some cleaning wipes and a few days of use no longer had that problem and I've been using it for a few months now. Assembly was straightforward, the chair looks sleek and modern, and the quality is excellent for the price. Whether you're working, gaming, or just relaxing, this chair delivers on all fronts. This is a seriously amazing office chair! I've had mine for close to two months now and I couldn't be happier. My girlfriend tried it and liked it so much that she got one for her office. I liked mine so much that I bought another for our basement computer den. The mesh material is strong and supporting. I'm on the heavier side and had some concerns that the seat may lose support, but so far I've noticed zero wear. Our cats don't seem to have any interest in scratching the mesh thankfully, but I have every reason to believe the chair would hold up to mild to moderate wear from pets. As other reviewers have observed, this chair does force you into a more upright posture, which is something I consider a huge plus as someone with neck pain and who has a bad habit of slouching. I WFH, and I've noticed a considerable reduction in fatigue and strain felt throughout my body from long hours of sedentary computer work. The adjustments and reclining are so smooth. Aside from it's purpose as a office chair, reclining in it and putting your feet up on an ottoman or footrest is so comfy and great for watching TV or gaming sessions. One minor critique is that the seat level doesn't go down very far. I'm 5'8" and my feet still rest flat at the lowest height setting, but if you're shorter in stature, you may need a padded footrest to have your feet rest comfortably below you. The neck/head rest has a height and angle adjustment, making the chair configurable to people of many sizes. Another minor critique is that the casters that come with the chair aren't super high quality, but we've bought roller blade casters for each one of our chairs on Amazon, and for $20 each it's such a dramatic improvement in function and style. In short, I highly, highly recommend this chair. If you're considering budget options, trust me, it's worth it to spend a little more for the quality and comfort. This is one of the top selling office supply items on Amazon for a reason.

Chair is built solid and very easy to assemble. Accommodates for Big and tall and small. Adjusts easy, glides easily and is ergonomic. Customer service is second to none. On the box it says to contact them for any issue, and they mean it. I contacted customer service due to personal preference with the chair, (nothing “wrong” with it, just a preference thing) and Cayla got back to me right away. After a few emails and suggestions she fixed my issue. I will recommend and buy again for both business and personal. They went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the purchase.

So far I am pretty happy with the chair, time will tell though.
