I couldn’t be happier with my GABRYLLY Ergonomic Office Chair! It’s the perfect addition to replace my old office/gaming chair, offering great comfort and support for long hours of work or gaming. The high back design, adjustable headrest, and breathable mesh make it incredibly ergonomic! What really impressed me, though, was the amazing customer support. After receiving the chair, I reached out to their support team about upgrading to a memory foam seat cushion and a lumbar support pillow. They were super responsive and helpful, ensuring I got the upgrades quickly and hassle-free. The memory foam seat is a game-changer, adding even more comfort, and the lumbar pillow provides amazing lower back support. It did take me a few days to break it in, so if you try it at first and don't like it, I would recommend waiting a few days first to see if it breaks in a bit. When it first came out of the box it felt a bit "itchy" the first day or two, which I assume might be because of the packaging, after a wipe down with some cleaning wipes and a few days of use no longer had that problem and I've been using it for a few months now. Assembly was straightforward, the chair looks sleek and modern, and the quality is excellent for the price. Whether you're working, gaming, or just relaxing, this chair delivers on all fronts. I bought the Gabrylly high back office chair, model-GY01a couple weeks ago. It arrive quickly and on time. The packaging protected all the parts well and assembly was easy and quick. The chair was very comfortable, great arm rests, cool head rest, and wonderful back rest. However, I had never had a mesh seat bottom before and I found it hard for me to make the adjustment from foam cushion to mesh seat. I am sure this is just my preference and in general the mesh seat was great for a while but it was just not for me. the customer service contact information is printed everywhere so I tried emailing, though I could have called customer service to see if there was anything they could offer. I was amazed with the quick response and awesome offer. They said they could send me a foam cushion and a lumbar support pillow for free and rush the order. I only waited for the items a couple days to arrive. they were easy to install and wow, what a difference it made. I love my chair now, it is built very well, and their customer support is second to none. I will be buying Gabrylly products in the future for all my office needs. Well done Gabrylly!

Featuring fold up arms, adjustable headrest, multiple reclining angles, and an ergonomic design that is great for long periods of time at the computer. Instructions are very consice and should take anyone no longer than 20 minutes to put together. Solid build material is sturdy and the chair glides well on its casters. Customer service was prompt in responding to a concern I had, which is my only fault with the chair, it's not the most cushioned of office chairs for those of us with little natural cushion on our back sides. They offered to send me a lumbar support pillow free of charge, which I certainly appreciate and I've bought a tush cush to alleviate that area. Still, for the price, you can't really go wrong getting this chair. It looks great and it has helped with my posture, as I'm prone to slouching. Some may find the comfort level to their liking but I definitely needed more cushion so keep that in mind.

**UPDATE** The seller reached out to me and sent a new gas piston, along with a wrench to assist in changing it. Problem solved! The new part functions perfectly and the seat no longer raises on its own. Updated to 4 stars for the excellent customer service. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** I've been using this chair for about a week. I'm a big dude, but not very tall. This chair supports my weight with zero issue, and the piston seems more than adequate for someone even heavier than me. In fact, the piston might be a little TOO strong; every time I get out of the chair for even a few minutes, it raises up. I have to lower it every time I sit down. In the past, I've experienced the opposite issue, wherein the chair slowly drops over time, but this one if just the opposite. It's a weird issue. The flip-up arms are nice, as is the adjustable arm height. The arms don't extend very far forward, but it hasn't been a huge deal yet. The arms do not offer and horizontal/width adjustment, though. As stated before, I'm a big guy, and while I'm not squeezed into it, I'm definitely rubbing the sides. I like snug arms so this is actually a plus for me. It's a fairly comfortable chair, but the seat borders on being a little too firm. It's another odd issue for a mesh chair. There's no lumbar support pad included. That's not a necessity for me, but take note. The head rest is pretty decent and very adjustable, but stays in place only kinda sorta well. Assembly was straightforward and took maybe 15-20 minutes with the provided tool. It's a hex wrench, but with a t-handle instead of the tiny little L-shape, which is a nice touch. Overall I find the chair good but not great. It seems like some comfort has been sacrificed for sturdiness and durability, but time will tell.

So far I am pretty happy with the chair, time will tell though.
