I recently had the opportunity to use this metallic silver PLA filament, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations, prompting me to give it a full five-star rating. As an avid 3D printing enthusiast, I've experimented with numerous types of filaments, but this one truly stands out for its exceptional quality and performance. First and foremost, the melting behavior of this filament is remarkable. It melts consistently, which is crucial for bonding each layer effectively. This feature alone makes it superior, as it ensures the durability and integrity of the prints. For those who have experienced issues with filament bonding in the past, this product could very well be your solution. One of the most impressive aspects of this filament is how smoothly it flows. This characteristic greatly contributes to an incredibly smooth and uniform first layer, which is often a make-or-break factor in the world of 3D printing. A well-laid first layer sets the foundation for the rest of the build, and this filament delivers flawlessly in that regard. In addition to its functional excellence, the aesthetic aspect of the filament should not be overlooked. The metallic silver shine it imparts to the prints is not only realistic but also visually stunning. It adds a professional touch to the objects, making this filament a fantastic choice for projects where appearance is paramount. Check out the cool laptop stand I was able to make with it. Furthermore, the filament’s adherence to the bed plate is commendable. Proper adhesion is vital to prevent warping and to maintain the precision of the print throughout the process. This filament maintains strong bed adhesion, minimizing common issues associated with lesser-quality filaments. Overall, this metallic silver PLA filament is one of the better PLA filaments I've worked with. It strikes the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, making it an excellent choice for both amateur and professional 3D printing projects. Whether you are creating simple household items or intricate models, this filament will likely elevate the quality of your work, ensuring crisp, clean, and reliable prints every time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their 3D printing experience.

Out of all of the filament types we use, TPU is one of the most difficult filaments to print with due to the moisture content. I have used TPU from Overature, Sunlu and Duramic and after drying for 8 hours or more I have still encountered issues with stinging and layer adhesion. After having so many issues I decided to try this off brand filament from GIANTARM thinking it could be any worse than the name brands I had tried. Boy was I wrong. After drying this filament for 8 hours at 65 degrees Celsius this filament printed like a champ. No layer lines of adhesion issues and almost zero stringing using the default generic TPU profile in Bambu Studio. After running a retraction test that came out beautifully I decided to print some new anti vibration feet for my X1C. I started using the default store but then bumped up the nozzle temp and flow rate just to see if it could handle it and it came out perfect as you can see in the attached pictures. I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with this filament and now I am going to have to try their PLA and ABS filaments as well. I also loved how this blue TPU came out. I originally thought it might be too over bearing as a color, but it looks fantastic. Not too dark with just the right amount of transparency. This filament is fantastic and at this time this is my new favorite TPU filament. This filament also comes with a seperate storage bag which was a nice added touch.

I usually rely on CC3D for metallic silk PLA (their bronze is beautiful) but in this case the CC3D silver silk PLA appeared more gray than silver. Comparing the spool side by side with the Giantarm silver silk PLA spool, the Giantarm silver was noticeably brighter and shinier, definitely more metallic in appearance. So I returned the CC3D spool and printed this little bat with the Giantarm silver. Wow! I am quite pleased with the result. The surface finish looks like brushed aluminum, definitely metallic. And unlike other silk PLAs I have used, this material seems to have pretty good adhesion properties. The filament flows smoothly out of the nozzle without leaving any debris on the nozzle like other materials. No complaints. This is a good silk PLA.

I am very please with this gold filament. It's prints amazingly. First layers stuck well to the beds and went down great. The shine and smoothness if this filament is beautiful and frankly unexpected. The bust print doesn't even look like an FDM print. The supports necessary for it removed flawlessly without adjusting and settings as well. I used it on both my Kobra3 with the standard hot end/0.4mm nozzle, and on my old ender3 using a 1.0mm nozzle and it performed great on both.

Overall I was surprised with the printing and quality of the Filament. The color was consistent and printed very well with stock silk printing profiles. My only issue with the filament was that the first 20" were not round. The filament was flattened like tape for the first couple of feet.

Layers stack really well, a lot better consistency than a lot of other filaments on here.. filament was on the roll nice, and the roll was nice and rounded (important for AMS multicolor units).. do recommend and will buy again ** also..the color is shinier than in the picture, I had to take the picture in a darker place because when I had it in light, the reflection was a bit strong for the camera..

This was one of the easiest silk filaments I’ve used, great print on the first run. Looked great right off the print bed and very happy with the results.

This filament was packaged nicely and was sealed good. I didn't have to dry it before printing like some of the other brands. This silk pla prints like butter. I got the most amazing first layer out of this and the color is just beautiful! Hands down 10/10 will purchase again!

El filamento es más café con leche que café. Esperaba que el color se asemejara al publicado, pero es más claro.

Finally got to try some marble Pla. Never tried marble Pla before. Used the regular pla settings and it was fine. Did some test pieces since Xmas is coming. I made some storm trooper snowflakes! Came out pretty good. Will have to use this filament for something bigger to really appreciate the marble.
