Incredible purchase! I purchased two of these: one in black, one in white. They are both outstanding. I love how they feel in my hands. The functionality of them is great, there are many features that I couldn't find in other controllers that cost more than these. For the price I paid, I am absolutely satisfied. So far, I use them for some desktop gaming (including streaming via Apollo to my TV via NVIDIA Shield) and for my switch. They worked flawlessly. Connecting them was just two simple buttons held together, very easy. The design of these controllers, it's cool. I highly recommend buying them with the charger stand, it looks pretty epic and becomes a showpiece. Pros: - Cool design: These are very customizable on the software side of things, not just limited to the RGB, but you're able to adjust each stick, each button to your liking to extreme depth. - Ease of use: These things are very simple to setup. There are a set of instructions online, and I think they included an instruction manual in the box. - Comfort: These feel great in my hands. If you're a past Xbox user, these fill fit right in your hands and will feel right at home with you. - Technology: The technology in these things, it's loaded! Coming from an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, this thing felt absolutely insane. On the Series 2, buttons felt mushy and just didn't have a very enjoyable experience. On this controller, it's so clicky and tactile! - There are many more pros that I can list, but this is what comes to mind as I'm writing this out. Trust me and buy this controller. Cons: - The only con I've found so far on this controller is the iOS app. I simply cannot get it to discover my controller. I'm still able to connect the controller via Bluetooth, but via the app is a no-go for me. - I haven't found any other cons, I've had this controller only for a couple of days, but I can tell this thing is very quality and honestly I'd say the best bang for your buck. TLDR: Highly recommend this controller. It's amazing.

Bought one of the first units when it was available to purchase. Right out of the box the controller feels amazing. Speaking of the box, mine had a rip in the corner when I received it. Nothing structurally seemed damaged so it wasn’t too much of a concern. Back to the controller, the mechanical face buttons feel snappy as well as the extra back buttons are placed nicely and require some force to click (not too sensitive like 8bitdo). The triggers are unique in design when switching to “hairpin” mode using a latch like button system, gives a premium mouse click feedback which feels incredible. You can even further customize the actuation point and additional trigger functions in the app. The joysticks are just spot on, have zero complaints about the accuracy and feel very smooth and although you can’t adjust the tension like a Vader Pro, the tension feels fine, not too sensitive or too snappy. I mainly play single player and sports games with controller, mainly use MNK for fps so can’t speak on how shooters feel. As long as there is no stick drift, I am extremely satisfied. The software is simple and well done, gives a ton of customization so you can really change the controller to suite you. Also can be navigated via controller too which is a nice bonus. Lighting through the transparent faceplate (which I love) isn’t anything special but gets the job done. Battery seems fine, I’ve never had to charge it to resume playing on 1000hz with lights on brighter setting. So yeah lots of positives, it’s a great product, my only concern is I have a very slight squeaking A button so I’m not sure if it’s going to get worse but I just hope this controller is durable and not like the razer or elite controllers

The controller is quite nice to use and is comfortable to hold for long periods of time. The charging stand that comes with it is also quite nice since it allows you to plug the UBS Dongle for the controller into it so you are not taking up two USB ports on your PC. I will say that the battery life is not as good as I would have hoped it would be it does not seem to last as long as other rechargeable controllers I have used in the past but it seems to charge quite fast. To list some of the things I like about this controller. 1) I has 2 back buttons that feel quite nice and have a great click to them. 2) Also the 2 back buttons are very easy to remap on the fly. 3) The mechanical face buttons are also quite nice and clicky. 4) The triggers feel great and can either be linear or a mouse click with the flip of a lever build into the trigger. 5) The controller turns on as soon as you lift it off of the charging station as long as the USB dongle is plugged in to either the charging base or your PC. 6) The RGB on the controller is also nice looking and not to overpowering so you can play in the dark without getting blinded. 7) This controller is quite light in the hands so it's great to use for a long gaming session. 8) And of course the ergonomics of the controller are great but I have always preferred the style of an Xbox controller. A few things I don't like about this controller. 1) The android app is not that great and does not have many options at this time for this controller about the only thing you can do at this time is test the buttons and HE sticks. 2) At this time you can't change the color of the RGB so it just randomly fades in and out of different colors. 3) The charging stand only just kind of holds the controller with hopes that it won't fall out since all you do is just lay the controller on it so the 4 contacts on the back touch the pins on the charging base. I have had the controller slide off a few times because I did not get it placed on the base fully. 4) As I said earlier the battery life is kind of meh.

Controller wont turn on, wont charge, wont connect. Doesnt appear in device manager, cant reset and apply firmware update. Build itself felt pretty good though. Instant return, probably wont try another gamesir again.

What a fantastic controller. Connection via dongle is super fast and strong. Buttons feel really nice. Overall grip and feel is great. Battery life is great. Love the fact also that you can set the sleep/ switch off if idle time in the app. Make sure you purchase the version with the stand.
