I had one of those projects that are the worst, the kind where you through every tool at it and it still gives you the middle finger. I had a bolt that just would not come loose and eventually I stripped it trying. I then tried the rubber band method, the screw grab solution and the bondo epoxy trick and that darn thing wouldn't budge. After a using up a great deal of WD40 I gave up for the day and order this, it arrived the next day and in less than 10 minutes I had the bolt and its twin pain in the neck loose and was able to finish the project. The one thing I did do that was not in the instructions is drill into the bolt with a medium sized bit and then used the next larger up extractor. That made the bolt come loose like butter. Pretty poor quality. The drilling side won't do anything to steel screws, and then the remover side won't grip. I have only had success with new, cheaper, softer screws.

These worked very well and helped me extract a very small screw from the back of a laptop. I viewed a couple of YouTube videos to learn exactly how to do it. The instructions that come with the package are very very sparse.
