This works great. And I love the fact that it has different light settings. It’s perfect for reading at night or when I’m working on a hand sewing project and I need extra light. It is also very comfortable to wear- very lightweight and adjustable.

Worth every penny of the $22 I paid for this light. I ended up ordering another one for my 77 yr old Dad as well & he loves it. I had bought a less expensive one several weeks back for my husband and it feels very cheap in comparison! Don’t bother with the cheaper ones. This one is sturdier, bends better, feels better on the neck, has 3 brightness options, AND has 3 types of light settings. I like the amber light for night reading and the bright white for those early winter mornings before the sun is up. My husband used it last night to go out the barn to install a stock tank water heater and he was thankful he had it! Said it worked perfectly for hands free light just where he needed it. I also love the fact that I won’t be buying batteries, as it simply plugs in to recharge. These make awesome gifts.

fits well, is light, comfy, long batter life, USB-C, everything I wanted. It has uses outside of books, like when the power goes out, or work in areas of your house or garage that have poor lighting. It's hands free and adjustable angles. Very nice!

This is nice when reading but it's still kinda big for my neck. I am not a big person so I ordered the slim version and it still seems big on me. I will use it when working on my cars or fixing anything that I need light for as I can aim the light so I can see what I am working on. It feels well built so I am hoping it doesn't wear out by me adjusting it for different things I need to see. I like the different coolness on the light and also the brightness can be changed. I reccomend this light.

I have to come really love this reading light. I’ve tried other competing products and have always ultimately been disappointed in the longevity of the battery, the quality of the product, or the number of modes available. This product addresses all of these concerns. It was designed right the first time without the typical compromises. It is lightweight around my neck without making me tire, the battery lasts a long time, there are multiple colors for the light, multiple brightness settings for the light (for varying light conditions), it’s a fun color (making it visible and easy to locate), charges easily, and is flexible enough to make for unique use. I can’t imagine reading without this now, and am unsure how I managed to compromise for so long before buying this. This product comes with a charging cable and the use in this regard is standard and what you’d expect. The material is non abrasive and does not irritate my sensitive skin - even when worn for extended periods of time.

I bought this lamp to help me when I craft: cross-stitch, knitting and hand quilting - most of which I do in the evenings while watching TV. I wanted something that would provide extra light right where I needed it on my individual projects. This light does the job very well. I like that I can adjust the brightness to exactly how I want it. I love that it is re-chargable. Also, I like that i can move the wands that hold the light source to focus on a specific spot. I noticed other people purchased this to use it while reading in bed so as not to disturb their partner. I can see that working, but just not have needed to use it that way. This is a great lamp. I'm very happy with it.

I like to knit, sometimes late into the night after my husband and son have gone to sleep. Even with a freestanding lamp nearby, it's sometimes hard to see the stitches on my needles. I'd seen a much more expensive brand of light, on a knitting website. When I saw that same product on Amazon, there were a lot of reviews of it being a cheap knockoff (for a lot more money) than the Glocusent. I've never used the timer--and you don't need to if you don't want to! The light has 3 different intensities: a medium & high setting of a cool (blue) light, and a strong yellow/golden light too. The blue light is actually better for seeing my knitting, and I use the yellow light for reading a book. The only "quibble" I might have with this is that the USB charger (cord) is far too short/little. Other than that, the light is encased in a very lightweight plastic housing that doesn't feel heavy around my neck, and it has a "bendy" material on either side of the plastic that hugs your neck, to fold the light to make it more compact. Overall this is a great product at a terrific price, especially if you buy it during one of Amazon's sales or "lightning deals." Highly recommended.
