The 12 ounce size has a little more richness to it. I drink it so consistently at the office that they now stock it for me instead of me having to bring my own. The 72 pack comes in 6-twelve count boxes. It's handy to have it broken down in smaller boxes, especially when I was taking my own to the office. Other coffee manufacturers tend to drop all the pods in one box or separate flavors in little bags within one box, so I appreciate the organization of this pack. The value is great. My husband who does use cream and sweetener also enjoys the flavor of this blend.
