You do not need to subscribe to McAfee security app. Even tho it comes bundled on this laptop, don't waste your money! Windows Defender is free and already is running in background when you boot up. I love this laptop. Loved the year of free Windows 365 and free external hard drive. I'm basically using this for word processor. It's fast. Beautiful graphics. I'm not a gamer so I have no idea how it runs games. Great price

I am pregnant and the laptop we have is extremely heavy for me to carry around. I saw this computer and all the details sounded good, aside from the processor. But I wasn't going to be using it for anything too difficult so I wasn't pressed by that. Also, the seller has a link to the HP store at the top of the description so I believed it was being sold by HP. However, it is not sold by HP. The battery life is nowhere near 11.5 hrs. The warranty information booklet was from 2015 and the computer itself let me know its warranty was already expired. Now, according to the seller's product description, this computer came out in 2024. Also, in the three weeks I tried to work with this computer, I had to change my PIN for access every couple of days, the date and time never changed even though I changed it all the time, and the apps that are compatible with Windows OS force closed on me often. The last straw was when I couldn't perform school tasks because the computer's time and date would not stay set properly. I also did not receive the external hard drive. I was so excited to have a lightweight computer I completely forgot the hard drive was supposed to be included. I have reached out to the seller. I hope they can make this situation right as I am a student and need a refund since the computer has been returned.

I got a HP Laptop that was Pink and with that being said, I'm sure you must know that pink is my favorite color! The ONLY reason I had to return it was because I thought it was a touchscreen and it wasn't and for the last 8 years I've been using an HP touchscreen and she's been good to me but it's time to retire her and I'm afraid that using a touchscreen for that long I would miss it. I tried using my daughters' HP but I kept making mistakes because I thought I was using my touchscreen so I thought it would be better to get the touchscreen. Whatever you decide, just know that HP stands by their word and is always there if you need them, you can't go wrong. Thank you, Patti Mackie
