My husband bought this hair dryer for me in October 2024 for my birthday. I absolutely loved it, I love the small size, the quiet motor, and the speed in which it dried my hair. The only issue was that after using it for less than 5 months the heating element failed and all it would do was blow cold air regardless of the setting. We went through the small pamphlet that came with the hair dryer, tried their recommendations and ultimately had to send an email to the supplier. Since customer service seems to be a thing of the past, we started looking at replacement hair dryers; I was quite surprised at how quickly I received a response back from this company. They requested the invoice number and my information including my address. Today I received a brand new Cosy Companion Hair Dryer that I am excited to start using again. So would I recommend this hair dryer, Yes, Yes I would!. The supplier stands behind their product and made that apparent by their quick email response and sending a replacement dryer. This may not be the top of the line hair dryer but it cost more than other dryers I have purchased in the past.
