This is the first crock pot I purchase and I wish I wouldve botten one sooner! It saves so much time and mental energy. I love that you are able to put everything in the crock pot in the morning before going to work and once your back from work you have a homemade meal ready to serve. La tapa no sella, solo está sobrepuesta sin ningún tipo de material que preserve el vapor, por eso el líquido se va evaporando (mucho). Inicié mi cocción de caldo de huesos de 48 hrs y a las 36 horas literalmente había disminuido a la mitad el líquido inicial, fue muy decepcionante, no pude terminar toda la cocción, además de que tuve la sensación de que calienta más los alimentos que la otra slowcooker de la marca más conocida. O sea que es lenta cocción pero no tan lenta como la competencia. Si quieres probar recetas etc esto te puede servir, pero para ir más allá no es opción.
