I purchased this product and a set of spray bottles, to make a solution to keep spiders away from my home, garden shed, and boat. Spiders love to nest in the garden shed and under the boat cover, and I always find black spots (spider droppings!) on my boat vinyl, which is very hard to clean. So I went online and found an easy to make solution - peppermint oil, vinegar, and water! I made the solution and sprayed it in October - and even 4 months later, no spiders or droppings! I generously sprayed the inside of the shed, and no spiders or webs appeared. I'll try it next on my outside garbage bins. This peppermint essential oil is very nice smelling, and very strong. I have used it, in diluted form, to deodorize my plastic garbage containers, and it works well. I know it has many other uses, but for my intended use, it was terrific!

My all time favorite Lavender essential oil; it’s so soothing. I would put lavender essential oil on my diffuser and within minutes I feel so much better with zero anxiety and less stressed. This is the only lavender essential oil I will repurchase over and over again. I also love that it comes in a larger bottle which lasts me a while and at a great price.

I use the citronella oil to mix with water and spray on my sofa so that my cat is not attracted to the sofa to use for a bathroom. It is a lovely smell and great quality. Not at all artificial smelling!

Excelente package and it smells good.Maybe I'm strict with 4 stars, but I was using one from Just brand and that one is unbeatable, this one smells good but it smells similar to Vick vaporub. This one is worth more than its price and that's why I will continue buying it.

Love it Love it Love it I use my peppermint oil unfortunately I moved into an apartment that had mice and I’m terrified of mice so I had to find something right away to stop these creatures from surprising me and I don’t want them to get into my things and I have a two year old baby and you know how kids could be. I’m very clean and OCD and I still saw a mouse around here once I ordered the peppermint oil and floated around in each corner and bought some plug-ins from Amazon that are very pretty. I put the peppermint oil in there house smells like peppermint at first my house smelling like peppermint. I didn’t know how I was gonna feel about that but as I’ve been using it, I love it. I’m now into everything peppermint. I just want peppermint crazy so I give the peppermint five stars even though I cannot find a bigger bottle because I’m tired of keep ordering the small bottles of it 4 ounces but out of it all it did the job I love the smell is strong just like I like it I don’t recommend cutting it with water. I use the straight peppermint. I don’t cut it and I’ll give it a five star. I’m very happy that I’m getting a peace of mind from those critters.😌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Climate change has brought a new pest to my area - little golden colored flying cockroaches. They live in the yard, eat vegetation and are attracted to light. My friend is an exterminator, and assured me that they are harmless and won't damage anything in the house. And yet I don't want them! They fly around the lights and land on the TV screen at night. They also congregate in my mailbox and garbage cans. My friend recommended cedarwood oil, and he was right. I put a few drops in the mailbox and garbage cans, and spread some under my screen door where they were getting in. I still got a few that flew in when we opened the door, but otherwise problem solved. I reapplied it about once a week until the first frost.

Using it for a mouse problem and it is working wonders... Just adding it to cotton balls in small dish and placing in key spots and haven't had any more problems with the little critters.... Highly recommend it....

I purchase this brand of tea tree oil for the scent alone (another, more expensive brand for medical purposes). Although Handcraft Blends is 100% pure as promised, it is - in my own layman’s terms for the sake of simplicity - not as “concentrated” as, say, the Thursday Plantation, Now or Melaleuca brands. Another thing that I see reviewers complain about with any brand of tea tree oil, is the “off” or “bad” smell upon opening. This doesn’t necessarily mean the product is bad but sometimes upon opening, a “bad” odour may be present, but once the bottle contents have hit the air or “decanted” for a couple of days the scent will settle into its real self. Anyway this Handcraft Blends brand of tea tree oil for the scent: Tea tree oil is one of my all time favourites, and find it to be both calming and refreshing at once. A lot of people dislike the aroma so I don’t scent myself or my home etc. with it, but rather apply to a material that I can store in a baggie and take out to inhale the air around it when I feel like it. It adheres best and lasts longest on fuzzy/fluffy fabrics and knits so I use it on scraps of old sweaters. A couple of other things I scent up with it, is my DIY body wash (distilled water, Dr Bronners Castile soap, tea tree oil and a bit of glycerin)…. and one of the puffs to my DIY body powder (corn starch, baking soda and kaolin clay). I sprinkle an ample amount tea tree all over the puff while it’s wet after washing, leave to evaporate for a few days, then store in a tin of powder. The scent permeates the powder only a very slight amount and fades quickly, while the puff remains heavily scented. That way I get the great scent while applying and for a few minutes afterward, but it fades away after a few minutes so other people don’t have to smell it.
