As someone who has tried different types of patches, none work quite like these. I feel like my pimples go away significantly cleaner and faster when I use these over any other patch. Definitely worth the money for how effective the patches are. They are also pretty discreet, they blend in pretty easily on my face and are really comfortable, I often don't even feel them there.

Love this, it’s so affordable! Keep in mind, this does not work on all of your pimples. I have PCOS, so I have a lot of acne and a lot of scars from my acne. This works on those white heads, the ones that are bleeding or have bled type of pimples! It does not disappear, but it shrinks it down and it will remove the puss/shrink down the redness of it as well! Highly recommended to use it at night since I think you have to leave it on for several hrs. and it does leave an impression of a circle after you remove it, but it will go away eventually. It will stick to your face, no issues with the stickiness of it. Works well!! Will order this again!

Kinda expensive for what you get but if you don’t break out very often then it could be affordable. It blends in with my skin and when I take them off, it’s pretty soft. Very easy to use and sticks well!

These Mighty Patch pimple patches are amazing! I've tried other brands, but these work overnight and deliver visible results by morning. They stay in place no matter what—even during sweaty workouts! I'm 45 and still break out. I am SO tired of having spots to cover and I'm in grad school with a mildly disabled kid and busy life overall, no time for the dermatologist right now. Last time there they recommended an OTC face wash that helped but not 100%. I've used these on more "regular" pimples I've already tried popping but I knew there was more there and I use them on new bumps that are deep under my skin (cystic? I think) and would take a long time to surface and then heal. I don't care what dermatologists say (one of my BFFs is one) I have to pop mine to get it all out before they start to heal. Often I have a more solid blockage that needs to be removed. These have eliminated ALL that. A red spot often remains for a few days after using the patch but there was clearly white on the patch and it's no longer raised or irritated. Easy to cover with makeup. I've used this on spots and not found any white on the next day but it still reduces the swelling and irritation. My husband can't see them on me 90% of the time too. When I put them on at night I wash and moisturize and wait a few min before putting the patch on but a few times I was too tired and rushed it. They still stayed on even if the edges weren't perfect. I used these on my 11 year old whose just starting to get some mild breakouts. I have VERY sensative skin and these don't irritate me at all. I've even used them during the day on weekends to speed things up if I wasn't going anywhere. So cool noticing the white spot slowly increasing as it works. Or feeling the spot reducing on those times no white gunk is drawn out. Im even attaching a picture (sorry) to show it working. I don't know what sort of magic is in these but try them, I think you'll love them too!

Can't complain too much since hormones can still make acne appear even with products that fight it. It is a very convenient way to apply the product!

I first obtained them as a free sample. They worked so well I decided to purchase them. I find they really clear things up overnight.
