In the instructions, it provides the consumer with a guide to know how much charge the device has as its charging. It comes with its own carrying case and usb cable. It works perfectly. I already tested all my Apple devices, and it’s compatible with all of them. Don’t look further. This is definitely the purchase you need to make if seeking a durable device.

Compact, light weight, durable, fast charging charger. Comes with a mesh case and it was fully charged out of the box. **However, see pic above…the first one that arrived was defective - was only 60% charged out of the box and wouldn’t charge higher. I charged the portable charger for two days and still it would not charge higher. It arrived in the box on the right. When the box on the left arrived, it was a total different story, as the replacement is working just fine. What you need to know is it does not come with a lightning cord. That’s the cord that goes from the battery charger to your phone to charge your phone. The only charger it comes with is to the battery pack to charge it on your wall/outlet w cube. Everything you see in the picture is how it comes. I’m very happy with my replacement. In two hours, my phone was 90% charged and only use 20% of the battery. That’s remarkable! I like that it has a paw print that tells you how much you’ve used of the battery and I also like that it has a LED flashlight built into it too. fits. it fits nicely into a pocket and is not bulky or heavy. I give the new one that arrived to me a five out of five stars. I hope this information is helpful to those that read it.

This was a Christmas gift for my son, but I bought an identical unit earlier in the year for my wife to use while traveling on vacation. With her phone on, this device didn't charge her phone but it kept her phone battery from discharging. It probably can charge a phone when the phone is powered off, but it doesn't seem to when it's powered on. Still, it's very useful to have to keep your phone working if you're going to be away from an electical outlet for a significant amount of time.
