I couldn’t be more impressed with the INSIGNIA 42-inch Class F20 Series Smart Full HD Fire TV! The picture quality is crisp and vibrant with stunning Full HD 1080p resolution, bringing movies, shows, and sports to life with rich, vivid colors. The setup was incredibly easy, and I love the seamless integration with the Fire TV interface — it's fast, responsive, and user-friendly. Just a tip: be sure to give it time to set up and update before jumping into watching TV. It took about an hour or two for my TV to be fully functional after plugging it in and allowing the necessary updates to run. Once that was done, everything worked perfectly! The sound quality is solid, but I paired it with a soundbar for an even better experience. The smart features are fantastic, giving me access to all my favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video right at my fingertips. The remote is intuitive, and the Alexa voice control feature is a game-changer for hands-free operation. Overall, this TV offers amazing value for the price. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a budget-friendly smart TV without compromising on performance. Highly recommended!

Has all the features of much more expensive units, great picture quality but sound quality of built in speakers is below average, at least to my ear. Recommend use of the HDMI-ARC connection to a better sound system for best results. (ARC means it will communicate off/on, volume control, etc. to the attached audio system if it is compatible.) All in all, a great value for an amazing price! WIFI connection is easy and overall setup also intuitive. An Indepth operations manual is not provided but can be downloaded from the net. Would definitely buy again!

I LOVE THIS T.V.! I have been looking for a 24 inch t.v. for my bathroom that would fit on a shelf over my jacuzzi bathtub for over a year. I did not want to purchase one with a 720p resolution, but that are the only ones I could find in this size. This one has a 1080p resolution and the picture is beautiful. They do have one that is $10 cheaper with the 720p resolution, but I would highly recommend that you buy this one instead. It has all of the different types of ports that you could possibly need. You can even hook up an older VCR. It is so light to pick up making it easy to move it from room to room or even outside. The sound is great and I have had no problems with this. The huge bonus is that it has Amazon Fire already installed, so you don’t have to purchase this or a Chrome cast or a Roku device, and the remote has VOICE CONTROL! It is so easy to just say, “Watch UTube Funny Cat Videos”, and instantly you are there. You can also hook a Roku device to this and use that if you prefer. The setup is a breeze and I have had no problems with this t.v. maintaining an internet connection with our router. It is shipped directly from Best Buy and comes perfectly packaged. It is a 2022 model, but don’t let that give you any pause. All of my other t.v.s are more than ten years old and work great. They are all LCDs, so I the only thing I have had to get used to is the LED screen, which basically means that when you are watching it at an angle that the picture is not as defined. It is so light that you can easily move it to the perfect position. This over-exceeded my expectations in every way. I have now ordered the 32 inch size for my dining room and kitchen, as it is still on sale. The 42 inch size is now back to it’s regular price or I would have purchased this one too. It is still an excellent price even if it is not on sale. Because I am an Amazon Prime member, once I entered my sign-in information on this t.v., I immediately had access to the streaming app. The biggest surprise was when I found out I could access the internet as well. I was able to go to my mother’s church website and pull up her church service for her to watch. Unbelievable and just amazing. I cannot say one negative thing about this purchase and it is probably the best one I have ever made on Amazon! Buy it while you can. You will not regret it.

I got this TV on a Cyber Monday sale and am very pleased with it (though I'm disappointed to see that today it's offered for $5 less than I paid for a Cyber Monday sale.) It was in-stock at my local Best Buy so I was even able to go pick it up immediately! I wanted a small TV in a master bedroom where there was already a mount left by the previous owner of the house. The picture is bright and clear, and I was surprised & pleased to discover that since this is a FireTV, there are SO MANY free channels that are available. You will never run out of stuff to watch! I thought I'd just be watching my streaming services, but lo and behold I find myself watching all kinds of specialty channels: Cold Case Files, The FBI Files, Saved by the Bell, I (Almost) Got Away With It, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Judge & Jury (it's mostly Judge Judy and Judy Justice), and so many more. Pretty amazing. The seller of our home also had an outdoor antennae, and the cable ran right up to the mount, so I hooked it into this TV and now I have nearly 40 local channels. Also, I have hooked my Nintendo Switch up to it and that's been a nice option as well. So buying this TV really surpassed my expectations, especially for the low price! I've noticed some of the Continue Watching options (on the home screen) don't work the greatest. For example, if I click on certain shows on Hulu or Peacock under Continue Watching, it won't load up where I truly left off if I have watched those shows on other devices since the FireTV. It'll just take me where I left off watching that show on the FireTV. It's an annoyance to have to arrow down to the app and then select the show when the app loads up instead, but it does correct the problem. Also, there are apps that aren't included in Continue Watching. None of the Discovery+ shows show up under Continue Watching, for example, or Paramount+. I wish they all showed up there. Also, channel guide-wise, it'll often take me to the middle or end of the guide, and more often than not I want to start at the top of the guide. So I have to arrow alllll the way up to the top so I can first see what's on the local channels and then start arrowing down through all the channels to see what I might want to watch. I'm trying to think of the reason it's laid out this way (starting you at the point in the guide of I'm guessing the channel you last watched) and can't think of any. After all, heading-wise, it starts you on the heading All at the top, and at times you want to arrow right to Recents, but if you're in the middle or end of the channel guide, you have to arrow ALL the way up through the point of the channel list you are at to get to the top headings. It frankly sucks. The bulk of the reason I detracted one star is the speaker. I rarely have the sound above maybe 14 (mostly it's between 9-12), and if something is running nearby like the dryer or the Roomba, I have turned it up to no more than 20. However, even though this is a mere fraction of how high the TV CAN go, the speaker sometimes rattles audibly depending on what's playing. It even happens when the volume is on 14. I don't know if this is a defect (because the volume has never been above 20) or if it's specific to what I'm watching and the speaker is really fine. Either way, it grates on me. And buying even a cheap soundbar to remedy this would cost half what the TV did AND add another remote control to the mix. So I'm living with it for now, but it's irritating. Overall though? I'm thrilled with this inexpensive purchase which has given me loads of new entertainment.
