Absolutely Amazing, I love the convenience of not needing to cook more rice or not cooked enough rice, the size’s are perfect and just think that in 1:20 minutes and my meal is complete . This Sticky Rice has the perfect texture and the flavor is spot on, I’m really happy that I decided not to buy a rice cooker, Lol because I love this sticky rice 🍚, I am a customer for life and ♥️. I can’t wait to try the other types of sticky rice.

So glad I found this rice. I had no idea of the difference in taste from other "good" brands of rice. This rice is super good; sticky; premeasured for my rice cooker; makes great leftovers, etc. I kept ordering more & more, and then ordered some for a friend & had it shipped directly to her for her birthday. She too was in awe in the taste. I loaded up while it was on sale, because even at the sale price this rice is pricy, I guess because of the quality & that it comes all the way from Japan.

I always struggle to make rice the right texture. It's always mushy or too hard even with a rice cooker. This is an easy way to make it quick and perfect every time. It is just plain rice but you can make it taste great by adding whatever you want. I wish they were a bit bigger or came in different sizes so I wouldn't have to cook 1 for every person

Rice is high quality. However, I expected the same size as the other brands which are 7.4 oz. Taste is good and quality and texture is good. But understand that you are getting smaller portions.

Great product, tastes good, easy to make

No more uncooked rice for me, I was skeptical in purchasing microwave rice. But this one was on sale during Christmas. I made fried rice and it taste really good and very easy to make. I didnt have to wait for rice to be cooked. Will buy again

I like eating stir fries with steamed white rice but prefer my rice to be a touch sticky so that it holds together in clumps instead of falling apart as individual grains. To stretch my food dollars, I mixed the contents of one bag of sushi rice with an equal amount of much cheaper long grain white rice. I then placed the rice mixture in an automatic rice steamer along with twice the amount of water to rice. The rice came out fluffy and sticky - not sticky enough to use for suschi but sticky enough to serve with my stir fries.

This applies only to the green bag hard rice. Cooked it according to the glued on English directions, which are wrong. Whoever translated the numbers and timing needs to do it again. I peeled off the label in the hope that there would be directions in Japanese I could translate, but no joy there. The directions don't say you need to wash the rice, and for an American, that's always a bit of confusion. After my first effort I would say yes you do need to wash the rice. Additionally you need another 1/2 cup of water, and 30 minutes cooking time instead of 20. My second effort fared much better, I washed the rice thoroughly until there was next to no milky water, drained it, put it in the pot, and added two and a quarter cups of water. I then brought it to a boil, lowered the heat to a simmer, and left it on the stove for 30 minutes. Removed from the heat, left it to rest for 10, and it was fine. I have to say that on first and second and third and fourth tastings, this was not like any good rice I've had in Japan. It could be me of course. Maybe I should be using a rice cooker. Or, maybe they should just fix the directions.
