I had purchased an Instant Pot/air fryer combo a few years back and hated it because it was such a big clunky process and a pain to deal with. Fast forward to deciding to purchase this, and it gets used regularly every week, and is simple enough that my teenager feels comfortable using it and testing things out in it on his own, too. It cooks really well, and it’s seriously helped us cut down on eating out because we can buy similar things and quickly and easily make them in this at home for way cheaper! We store it on the countertop next to the coffee maker because it’s not too big or bulky, and I love not having to drag it out every time we want to use it. It’s super easy to clean, as well. I’m really glad I decided to get this, it’s been a game changer!

I got this for my cooking challenged 23 year old daughter. In her words “I love it, so easy to use”. Considering she is not a talented cook and her boyfriend enjoys meals that she cooks using it I call it a heck of a product. From my perspective it is well made as I would expect from this brand using quality materials. From hearing her rave about it, I may get one for myself. In her words, “It is easy to use and cooks well with adequate heating. It is not noisy and very versatile with all the cooking functions. It is perfect for 2 people capacity wise. It is a great product”.

I am late to the air fryer game. I've never used one. I used this one for the first time last evening. I air fried tilapia, and it only took about 4 minutes. I used a recipe I found online. The tilapia turned out just right and was very tasty. I had coated it with olive oil and put some spices on it before putting it in the air fryer. I normally would have cooked it in my oven, but the air fryer is so much easier, and I'm sure uses much less energy! I like the fact that it's easy to clean too. It didn't take me long to understand how to use it. I plan to use it instead of my oven whenever possible.

What can I say. I like this air fryer a lot. Arrived at my door in two days well packaged. And the price was very reasonable. Really like the sleek stylish appearance. It looks good sitting next to my stainless steel optigrill and my stainless steel instant pot. But appearance isn’t what prepares the food. Any of the reviews stated a strong plastic smell that infused itself into the food. I followed the instructions with sn initial cleaning of the basket and the tray I pn the bottom of the basket with warm soapy water and a good rinse followed by a 20 minute test run on air fry mode @ 400F. The first test run it did smell pretty strong but it wasn’t overbearing. Did it a second time at the same settings and this time the odor was significantly less. The first true “run” with food was a batch of sliced potatoes. They came out perfect. Tonight I did a batch of homemade buffalo wings (pictured). To me they came out just as good or better than those at a wing place. I could only get maybe a dozen in the basket in a single layer but these were pretty big wings. Since I live alone that was plenty for a good meal. The machine runs fairly quietly for an air fryer. It’s actually quieter than my little 1.2 quart Dash Mimi air fryer. The controls are very easy to set and use. The display is nice and big and good and bright so if you have a brightly lit kitchen you’ll have no trouble seeing it. Cleanup was easy as pie. After it cooled a little warm soapy water and a soft sponge and a rinse it’s all good for the next fry session. All in all, I really like this air fryer a lot. I was going to go with the 6 quart version but saw a lot of reviews saying the basket handles were breaking but this seems pretty well built. Would I recommend this unit? You betcha!! Very pleased so far. I’ll do an update after I’ve used it more.

Writing this review after almost 2 months of use. I don't write reviews often, but I do like this air fryer and if you're anything like me, you read reviews to help guide your decision. I get nothing for my review. Just thought it could be helpful to someone else. I waited a looong time before breaking down and getting an air fryer. Why? I am no longer sure of that answer. Haha. Truth is I've been so disappointed by many small countertop appliances, its not high on my list to spend the money on them. My adult children kept on me about how much I'd like having an air fryer, so I finally "bit the bullet" and purchased one. After a lot of consideration I chose the 4qt Instant Vortex Plus, and I am SO happy I did!! LOVE this thing. Likely you will too! Not only for the quick way in which it heats up your food, but the many options and variations to do so that this air fryer gives you. Its easy to learn and SUPER easy to clean. I live in an apt and don't have a lot of counter space, so size was something I needed to consider. The 4qt is a great size and not at all bulky. I appreciate the sturdiness of this air fryer. It's quiet and I was even able to turn off all the beeping. That's a thoughtful option for those of us who don't need the beeps. My absolute favorite thing is being able to heat up leftovers without turning on the oven when I am already fighting hot temps and running an AC to keep my place somewhat cool. And hello! Leftover pizza and eggrolls are especially good when heated up in the airfryer rather than the microwave!! Why did I hold out for so long??

This is a new item for me. Everyone seems to have an air fryer and brags about how well it works. This air fryer made me curious. So, on Prime Day, I found one on sale and bought it. Thus far, I'm still working with it. The fryer works well and seems to be easy to set up and cook with. The recipes I pulled offline I have tried have turned out tasty and crispy. The broil cycle is especially convenient. As far as cons, I am disappointed that there wasn't a recipe book included. Oh sure , there is a download access to one but I am of the old school where I like to look through a book. My Instant Pot (IP) came with a small book and it has been invaluable. I wish IP had done better and provided one with this appliance.

Primero debo decir que me asusté cuando leí lo del olor a plástico, pero, el instructivo del equipo es claro: haga una prueba en vacío tanto iemoo y a tantos grados, ese ciclo sí olió a plástico, posterior a eso, el olor no volvió. He hecho un poco de todo: mojarra frita, pescado, papas a la francesa evidentemente jaja! Con excelente sabor y bien doradito ( solo hay que ir aprendiendo a manejar tiempos de cocción y temperatura) Por otra parte, la base es fácil de lavar, el instructivo dice cómo hacerlo, así evitarás que se quede grasits pegada, aunque debo admitir que la base de pronto me da cosa que se ralle con la rejilla, pero trae protectores. El equipo emite varios bips para avisarte si ya terminó o para que voltees la comida. En cuanto al consumo eléctrico, no me aumentó ni $10 el pago de luz y eso que la uso de dos a tres veces x semana.

Las cocciones son muy buenas, realizo todo tipo de comidas y tiene excelente capacidad para una familia pequeña
