I do not often post reviews, but felt I needed to for this product. It tastes great in the lemonade, flavor and mixes better than any other supplement I have ever seen. You cannot even tell that it has been mixed in a glass of water. Highly recommended and I’m definitely purchasing again. As far as Gaines go, I have only been using it for a week, but I have no discomfort or bloating that comes from other creatine.

I would recommend the product. I am a older man and it does help with muscle growth. Only downside is the price. I think it’s the price would drop more people would start using it.

Very effective and the texture blend nicely with no chunks or bitter tasting. The ingredients are straight up everything that’s in. There is listed in the ingredients and I’m health fanatic so all the ingredients were perfect for me. The size of the bag is about a medium size and it can’t be a little pricey, but you don’t need much per serving so it lasts a long time and you get what you pay for if you’re spending a little more than you’d like it’s because this stuff is top-of-the-line and I’m very happy with it and I’ll continue to purchase it

This is the best tasting supplement I’ve ever had. It does mix well in ROOM TEMP water. It’s not 100% completely clear, but it’s close Cold water leaves it gritty still.

The cost of the big bag should come in a hard container. The little crappy bag that doesn’t zipper up is horrible. I suggest putting the bag into a hefty gallon bag so you can keep it safe. Change your crappy bag.
