I put off getting an at-home gel kit for years because I like the pampering aspect of going to the salon. I just could not justify the cost anymore and got this when it had a coupon so it was less than one gel manicure from the salon. It's super simple to use and gives great results. You do need to take your time so the gel doesn't pool in the creases of the nail bed, but it still doesn't take very long and the results last for at least two weeks with very minimal chipping (if you don't pick at them). I like that it came with a base coat and 3 different top coats for different looks. The variety of colors isn't exactly to my tastes, but there is enough there to work with, especially with the different top coats. Yes, the bottles are small, but what do you expect at this price? And honestly, I don't know that I would want them any bigger because I would never use them up before they got gross. The only thing I would have preferred is if it would've come with maybe one or two fewer colors and more bottles of the base coat since that is used EVERY time. That said, I've done 5 manicures now between my daughter and myself and the bottle is not yet empty. (So if people say the bottles are good for one set, they are clearly using too much). I would also recommend having some of that gel remover stuff of a nail drill to get it off because that is what takes the longest.

SO this little 15.99 kit comes with everything you need! Some tips though for first timers and people with zero nail talent 1. getting a cordless electric file makes the polish removal process so so much easier - there’s even a gel polish remover you can get on amazon to make it even easier 2. for the actual product- the base coat is THICK and if you don’t put that on evenly at the beginning it’s not going to look salon good 3. drying i would have to agree with the rest of the reviews to at least dry for 1-2 minutes. The nail polish will feel sticky until you put on the top coat (just like a real salon) 4. this is a great product that over time i feel like i could really get the hang of and with this cost it’s almost too silly not to try - 15 dollars for this kit and it’s a FRACTION of what i pay (50 dollars at the salon) - even with the bottles being small you can still get 2-3 applications and buy separate top and base coats when that runs out first Again, I feel like this is a great product but if you’re not talented or can’t paint within the lines of your nail it’s not going to be salon perfect (hence my photo and i’m not talented- had to file some excess off, base coat was put on unevenly/ only did one coat of paint) this kit isn’t going to magically make you skilled- they’re great items that can help give you what the salon does with some time and skill

This gel nail kit is amazing! The results look just as good as a professional salon, and I love the convenience and cost savings. Each bottle has enough polish for at least two applications, so it’s great value for the price. I know people mentioned the bottles are small, but I always have to get little bottles because when I have a lot of colors, I don't use them fast enough before they get gummy. I will just keep using the same ones I already opened before opening new ones to make sure they last. Also, I spent 7 bucks to buy a kit that has base and top coat separately in larger bottles since those will get more use. I followed the advice from other reviews and cured for 120 seconds instead of 60, which worked perfectly. For the top coat, I had to cure twice for 120 seconds because it was still a little sticky after the first go. It was an easy fix and totally worth it for the glossy finish. As a beginner, I learned a few tips along the way. My first hand ended up lumpy because I applied too much polish, but by my second hand, I figured out that two thin coats give a much more even and smooth result. It looked flawless! The tools included were super helpful to prevent polish from getting on my cuticles, which made the whole process neater. One bonus of doing this at home was being able to scroll through emails and social media in between steps—something I could never do at a salon! From start to finish, it took me just 20 minutes, even as a first-timer who usually struggles with at-home nail care. I highly recommend this kit! It saves so much time and costs just a fraction of what you’d spend at a salon. Plus, it’s fun and satisfying to do your nails yourself. Definitely a must-have! 💅✨

Polish is very pigmented but I put on two coats that’s all it needs don’t forget to put base and top coats as well. I have done many dishes without gloves and no chips. This polish stays on very well. I’m going on two weeks still amazing 🤩 Thanks for a great product. Would be nice to have the opportunity to buy a bigger bottle of my favourite colours.

Great value for money and fast shipping

Only tried one color so far but LOVE it! Fast cure and only needed 2 coats. Im aware the bottle size might be small for some but I only paint and wear nail extension and I keep them in a collection for reuse so great value for the number of color choices you get. Also come in a handy lil box which I love, keep them nicely organized.
